Cant recommend them for anything. Have had issues with them in their previous location on Monroe St. Needed some work done on a bike a couple weeks ago. While waiting in line, I hear them telling everyone they are backed up due to being closed for two days due to the tropical storm . Im thinking, okay, you didnt get any work done while closed, but no one brought bikes in while you were closed, so how are you backed up? They use this excuse to say it will take them 4 days for diagnostics instead of two. They write up the ticket incorrectly, which I notice and have them correct. A week later, the service manager calls to tell me they fixed my problem, and by the way, I need a new tire. I tell him to check the work order, replacing the tire is on it. He gives me an excuse that their computer system is messed up due to the storm. I ask how that prevents them from reading the paper service order I watched them print out when I dropped the bike off. He ignores that and says thell get right on the tire change. A week later, I get a call saying they changed my tire and they just got the part to fix my problem. I ask is this the same problem that the service manager told me you fixed a week ago? it is, hes just confused I get told. Then they state I should be able to pick my bike up the next day (I should hope so it is about a 15 minute process to replace the bad part). Two days later they call and my bike is finally ready. When I pick up the bike, I check the bill, they charge a half hour labor to diagnose the part (which would require them to remove the part from the bike) then they charge an hour to replace it. Why does it take an hour when the part was already removed [and that took less than a half hour]? I dont know, all they had to do was put the new part on, which would require tightening four screws. Oh, and they are charging about $20 more than anyone else for the part. Also, I notice they gave me a "tire replacement deal". what is that deal? A little over $80. off a tire that they are selling at $120- to $160 dollars more than any other dealer. Deals like that, I dont need. Needless to say, Ill not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

I purchased a new Honda CRF250 Enduro from them with the salesman"s promise that it could be lowered easily so my feet would touch the ground when sitting on the seat. He assured me that one of the employees there had done this to her Honda and it was good to go. Well, after purchasing the bike and trying to get the parts to lower it...I find out the parts have terrible reviews and are not safe and alter the geometry of the bike and void your warranty. I could not safely ride the new bike so i traded it in on another Suzuki DR200 losing almost $3000 in the process. (which was my bad) Mind you, the Honda had less than 100 miles on it. I was assured this new Suzuki was easy to start and had none of the problems of my older Suzuki....................Needless to say this new Suzuki is a PITA.....it takes almost 1/2 hour to get it warmed up so it will take the gas. They fixed it once and it ran alright for a few times. It has now started acting up again. This is , by far, the worst motorcycle buying experience i have ever had. I would never trust them to tell me the truth about anything again. Just a heads up to a prospective buyer. Do your own homework before you go there to purchase anything and dont believe anything they tell you. The salesmen will tell you anything to make a sale even at the risk of your own safety. I am 68 years old and have been riding motorcycles since i could walk.

I was interested in one of their bikes so I went online and scheduled a ride. They called me this morning and told me that the only way I can test drive it is if I am buying. That makes no sense. Test driving is test driving. I should not have to buy something in order to test drive it. I will never buy from the fools. I guess they didnt want their time wasted. I was actually going to buy it if I liked it but I shouldnt be forced to do a hard hit on my credit report to to drive a bike. The funny things is is that they said people dont just test drive stuff unless they are buying. Thats bull because people like to test drive different styles to see which one they like. Red hills must think that they are going to make a sell when someone cant test drive first. Screw them. Later red hills

I had previously left a rather negative review about RedHIlls after a bad experience. I would now like to share that they reached out to me and addressed my issues. I know from working for small businesses that many customer complaints get swept under the rug as customers who just cant be satisfied. So I want to thank the staff and management for taking my complaints seriously and addressing them. They have always done good work in the shop. And I saw today that they have a serious management team with the objective of making changes internally to addressing these issues. Keep up the good work guys, and Ill probably be back when I need servicing again.

LOVE MY NEW MULE! Rides and handles great. Makes me feel safe. Compared other models, but they just didnt measure up. In my opinion the bed size & capacity, V-TWIN engine,"is really smooth & quiet" plus a 3-YEAR WARRANTY. Others like Polaris, Kubota, John Deer did not come close. Brian in sales helped to make a deal I just couldnt turn down. Jason the operations mgr. has promoted a good customer relations attitude with his staff. After meeting the service dept. adviser & manager, I feel all my service needs will be in good hands. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I do recommend.

Coming back from a cross country trip around 20000 miles with my trusty Kawasaki Versys I need it a new chain and sprockets really bad. Came to service and parts department and they didnt have in stock my sprockets but they were able to find the parts in Orlando. So for "emergency" I decided to change the chain so I can be able to ride to Orlando and change the sprockets there. They were great and they changed the chain pretty quick and they got me going on my way. I definitely recommend this guys!

I was very happy with my experience with buying a motorcycle at Red Hills. The Ops Mgr Jason spent a lot of time explaining the various bikes to me to make sure I was settling on something that would give me years of pleasure. Charlie in the service dept has always been very helpful and willing to answer any question that I have. Everyone there is extremely warm and friendly. I would whole heartedly recommend making your next purchase, or needed service from Red Hills!

If you havent been to this store then go!! Its a really nice store and the people there are professional and trustworthy. That means a lot to me that i can trust them. They dont claim to be the least expensive but still give good deals. I bought my 2016 Yamaha Wolverine R-spec EPS Camo from there 2 years ago and they have always been there when i need them. Also have got me serviced and back out on the trail before the next weekend so i didnt miss a ride.
