I was traveling back from Shreveport, LA. to my home in Ormond Beach, FL. when my 1999 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic started experiencing some weird issues. There was sputtering, and the check engine light started to turn on and off letting me know that there were codes being saved. The next dealer that we could hopefully make it to was Tallahassee H-D. I was really worried however, being that this was a Monday. Ive had some issues with dealers being closed on Mondays before, imagine my delight when a live person answered the phone. I told them my issue, and was immediately transferred to the service department and spoke with a service advisor named "Justin". I was concerned that they may not have time to look at it, or get the ever so famous "Im sorry, but we dont work on bikes that old". What I got was quite the opposite. Justin told me to get there as soon as I could, but not to worry, even if I couldnt make it (breakdown), they would come get me, and take care of me! 20 minutes later I was at the dealership and promptly greeted by Justin. As promised, he got me in as soon as possible and put me in the hands of Preston who proved to be a very competent tech. They pulled the codes, correctly diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution that would get me back on the road, and they were confident that I would make it home. They were absolutely correct on all fronts, I was out of the shop in under an hour, back on the road, and home before dark. My hat is off to Justin and Preston, and even though I didnt get a chance to personally meet any of the management team, I can tell you that they are directly responsible for this positive review. They obviously take great care in who they hire, train them correctly, and instill in them a commitment to customer service excellence that is hard to parallel. I would recommend them to anyone!

Unbelievable kindness and professionalism!!! My Harley broke down last week after the part which holds the left hand grips and clutch to the handlebars broke and fell off in the middle of the road. I had to push it manually into a parking lot and leave it there overnight. The next day I had trouble finding a tow company that can tow motorcycles. I called the Tallahassee Harley store to ask them who they would recommend to have my Harley towed back to my house. Even though I did not buy my Harley from the dealership, they immediately sent one of their drivers to retrieve my bike and tow it back to my home. They refused any type of payment, and within two hours my bike was home. I am disabled and have very little financial ability. I was so grateful, and so touched that they would do this for me for free, and with a degree of professionalism you rarely see these days. I cannot thank the Tallahassee Harley Dealership enough, and I have told everyone I know about what they did for me, and how much it meant. Not only did they tow the bike for me, but they also allowed me to send the payment for the part I needed back with the driver, so that I would not have to make an extra trip to the dealership while my only mode of transportation was out of commission. I have rarely seen this level of respect, empathy, and customer service in any business that I have dealt with as a customer. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. Because of your kindness and professionalism, I was able to fix my bike at minimal cost and am now back on the open road. I am so proud to be a Harley owner and rider, and from now on the Tallahassee dealership will be the ONLY place I go for anything I need. You guys are the best and have a very Merry Christmas!!!

First let me start by just saying you are the best HD shop around. I traveled for eight years and this is one of the only shops that felt comfortble in. Not only do the associates treat me as a good customer but they also treat me as a person. They care about my needs and wants and try to fullfill them 100%. I am not saying this because I shop there but because I call this place my second home and all of the associates treat me as family. I have worked retail for over 40 years and have seen all kinds of associates. I wish I could have had any of the associates owrking here for me. They go out of their way to help anyone with anything, no matter how small or large. I want you to know that all your associates are great but the floowing are the ones I deal with the most: Patricia Pena, Cathy Leonardo-Metz, Gerald Hallowell, Mandy Breland, Garrett Strickland, Gina Furst, James Maxwell, Chris Ryan and all the others that I can not name. I do know John and Pat are two(that come to mind) along with all the service techs. I did meet the manager Scott and he seems like a great person. Let me conclude with this, as long as you keep these associates working at this store you will have the greatest team that can be put together. When I am down and blue this place cheers me up, especialy Gerald, he can make anyone laugh even if they do not want too. Patricia has a smile that will make anyone feel better. Today I bought a 2015 Road Glide Special. I was hesitant due to I’ve been driving softtails forever but in any case I absolutely Love it! First and foremost I went to this particular Harley Davidson dealership located in Tallahassee Florida, even though I live on the east coast of Florida very close to Daytona because I heard and read of the customer satisfaction this dealership provides. I was not disappointed. Clearly from top to bottom it is a well run dealership starting with the upper management who when I first arrived looking around the showroom I was immediately assisted by a upper manager passing by who immediately had a salesman assist me after answering a few minor questions I had. My salesman, Chris “SUPERMAN” Reeves was awesome. Informative, Honest and Fair. Not to mention Patient as I’m not the easiest buyer. Chris was dead on with all of the information I needed to hear and to see. No pressure and he has quite a personality, pleasure to deal with. The Deal, all I can say is I received an incredible deal. With the help of SUPERMAN and the finance manager John Sands and of course the person who makes the final go ahead they were able to put together for me a great deal. All in all I was very satisfied and would recommend taking the trip to Tallahassee Harley- Davidson.

Mandy Breland, Parts Manager of Tallahassee HD, was the only HD representative between Texas and Florida willing and able to replace the rear tire on my 2005 Road Glide. Being on a "Bucket List" trip from Sparks, Nevada to Key West, Florida, I picked up a piece of metal in my rear tire in Texas. It was plugged at a HD dealership in Texas just to get me back on the road. I called various Metzler Tire dealers and stopped at several HD dealerships between Texas and Florida. No one could or would help. Then there was Mandy at Tallahassee HD. She said it would take a day or two to get the tire (Metzler 160/60R18) as she would have to order it from the Custom Chrome catalog, you know, the same catalog on every HD parts counter at every HD dealership. Our plan was for her to order the tire, I would continue to Key West and stop by on my way back to Nevada and have the tire changed at that time. The plan worked, Mandy ordered the tire, I stopped by on my way home and the Service Department changed the tire. Its comforting to know that I was able to get help so far from home. A special thanks to the Parts Manager Mandy Breland, the Service Department and Tallahassee HD for helping me make this 7,155 mile "Bucket List" trip a reality.
