Buyer Beware! I recently purchased a used 2016 wave runner from Free ride Power sports. It was a bad experience all around, the sales person had little to no knowledge about the jet ski. I found the listing on there web site, the info on the site talked about all of the wonderful accessorys that came with it, ie. a solar cover, a tube, a key fob. The machine was not at the Ann Arbor location, and I had to put a deposit down to see it, so I did 3k. After the machine arrived, I was informed that it had no accessorys at all, which equated to about 700-900 dollars to replace. They told me they could adjust the price...... well then they showed me a $495 safety inspection bill that they were going to knock $400 off, what a joke. The machine was there for 2 hours before I arrived and they did the so called safety inspection in this time frame. Here is the kicker, there was no fire extinguisher, the battery straps were off, and it was filthy when they showed it to me. I dont know what mechanics make $250 an hour but maybe I should switch professions. Only after I was going to walk out the door with my deposit did they finally offer me a cover "a non solar one that would come with it" and the wrong type of fire extinguisher "red not white" . I found out later after I printed a manual, that it was also missing a key fob that controls a few options on the machine, $177 to replace it. Bottom line is, I am in sales and this place is everything that is wrong with used car dealers, just selling a different product. Dont make the mistake I did, inform your self about what you are buying, because these guys dont even know what they are selling and just want the sale.

Being new to Michigan, and wanting to get the best deal on a motorcycle proved to be very stressful with the limited local options for powersports dealerships near the Ann Arbor area. Having visited a couple of the neighboring dealerships and being disappointed every time, I started to believe that Michigan powersports stores were hopeless. That is until I walked into Freeride Powersports and had an exceptional experience with their staff. They are the new guys on the block but quite possibly the best option around if you are looking to get into a new ride! These guys treated me like family and made me feel right at home from the very beginning. They got me the exact same bike I wanted down to the color scheme for an unbelievable deal. Carl and Erick really hooked me up and made a complicated process (in my situation) as easy and painless as possible for me. The facility was clean (new store), the showroom was stocked with a great diverse selection, the staff were super friendly, competent and very knowledgeable. The store is also at a perfect location if you want to come in for a test ride. At the end of the day, I rolled out a very happy customer with the best deal around on the exact bike I wanted. So if youre in the market for a new ride or just want to check out whats around in the bike world, look no further and come on down to Freeride for the best experience around! Ask for Crazy Carl!

Fantastic experience here. Pleasant and painless. Other than the fact that the dealership is brand new, like opened in May new, I have no idea why there are no other reviews here. Perhaps because people only write things online about a business that they have bad experiences with. Well, here is an example of the opposite. Go here. The sales guys are great, the mechanics seemed friendly when I decided to be nosey in peek into the shop area. Parts department is small, but very cool and competent. It helps that this dealership uses the most recent credit check methods to help in financing. Unlike other well known dealerships in the area. These guys cut me an unbelievable deal on my new bike. So unbelievable, that you wouldnt believe me if I told you. These guys are true blue out in Ann Arbor, trying to sell bikes. Wanting to get into a new bike? Go here. They want you to leave with one, and theyre going to make sure you feel comfortable doing so. When it comes time to pick a new bike up, Ill absolutely be making this my first stop. At least go check it out and see what theyll do for you. Itll be worth it.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Their attitude is terrible, not once have they been pleasant when Ive been there. The first time I walked in intending to buy a motorcycle I was there for 45 minutes and not a single employee asked if they could help me. When I finally asked for help and exchanged contact info no one called me back. I showed up to have a tire changed on my bike last week and I was immediately greeted with attitude as if I was inconveniencing them for asking to have a paid service done. I was also informed that all of the techs quit without explanation. When I picked my bike up a couple of days later one of my bar ends was missing. Bar ends cost $10 and they refused to cover the cost or acknowledge the fact that they were responsible for it missing. Overall, their attitude is terrible and their service is terrible. I would drive three hours to go to another bike shop before setting foot in Freeride again. Take your business elsewhere.

Great experience buying a bike here last weekend! Im not from the area, so I had to compete most of the deal before I got there. Leading up to the sale, I had a lot of contact with my salesman Rob. He was very responsive with emails and phone calls. Ive been looking for a while, and unfortunately, most dealers are just not up to modern communication levels (text, email, etc.). This is not the case with Freeride Powersports. I never waited a long time for Rob to get back to me, he was very easy to work with, and he was a genuine and honest guy. My kind of salesman. Not to mention, their prices are the best Ive seen in the IL/IN/MI/WI area. I would definitely recommend buying from Freeride Powersports. Very professional dealership, no BS from the sales staff, and great prices!

Bought a 2016 sportsman 570 that has been shuting down randomly. I took it in to get checked after a week of having it and they couldnt find a problem at the other polaris dealer by me after 4 days. I took it home and was riding it up a hill and it died out went backwords hit a bump and flipped on top of me pinning me under the four wheeler. There is over 1000 in damage to it and i have not owned it for a month. 3 days after i got out of the hospital i called and josh the guy who sold it to me tryed helping me out as much as he could. His manager told me to just claim it on my insurance. I have documented poof that it was shuting off with video and they would not help me. I have only owned it for 4 weeks at that point. The place is a line of crap and wont help you.

I was on the Internet looking to buy a three wheel motorcycle stumbled across bright Powersports so I called them I talk to a sales person by the name of Lonny, as we were talking on the phone he never once asked me what kind of motorcycle I was looking for! We were actually talking about just life in general. Finally I said hey I want to come in and meet you he said I want to meet you too when you get here ask for Lonny. Lonny introduced me to Mike, Lonny & Mike introduce me to Chad. Lonny, Mike & Chad introduce me to Megan and Four of them Make a Heck of a Team! Immediately I became a part of their family. I walked out of bright Powersports owning a 2013 Can AM spider! To the staff and employees I want to say Thank you! You have a customer for life!
