I have known Jon my whole life. He REALLY knows his stuff. All his engines are made to run at full power/redline even well above factory power ratings -reliably- and still have that concours polish and correctness. He knows how to lace wire wheels to better than factory specs. This man is decent to a fault when it comes to standing behind his work. Parts inventory is huge. Encyclopedic knowledge of BSAs and Triumphs and willing to talk you through bike issues, unlike most shop owners.

Owning and maintaining a classic British motorcycle can be overwhelming at times. Countryside cycle has helped me out of few jams whether it be finding parts or offering me advice. Jon (owner) was more than willing to give me tech support and help me fix my bike saving me from buying a part I didnt need, all at no cost to me. Im very happy to have found this shop and I recommend Countryside Cycle to anybody who needs help finding parts or fixing their classic British iron!

Called to ask about service and was rudely told that people who work all week dont do business on Sunday although Google maps says they are open today and he picked up the business phone number. I cant speak on his work, but he definitely doesnt have the best customer service skills and treated an inquiring customer like they werent worth his time. That says something about how he handles business. I would never take my bike to this venue after this conversation.
