I was going to buy a 2017 X3 DS from them but due to the way they handled a friend of mines maverick there is no way I will buy from them. His maverick shocks was set up wrong when he bought it. The springs are rubbing a hole in the shock housing. They tell him it normal wear. I have had 3 cam am commander and do all my own work on them this is not normal wear. Up date to the post. Octane called me on 6/27/17 and talked to me about this post. I was told that they are still going to work with my friend to see what they can do to help correct the problem. I will give them credit for calling me to see why I gave them a 1 star rating. So with that being said I will move the rating up to a 3 star and we will see what happens in the next few days with them working with him on fixing the shocks. I will try and post some pics of the shocks unless they are fixed before I get the chance. I will keep this post updated as to what happens. Up date to post As of 7/17/17 Octane has not tried to contact my friend to correct this issue as they said they would do on the phone to me. They havent called him or emailed him. I have talked with my dealer and they told me that Octane in no way should have asked him to contact Can-Am due to this is the dealers job and that is what a good dealer should do for a customer that does business with them. I an including the pics I promised. I even gave Octane more time to make this right and still nothing has been done. If a dealer prides there self on there service and customer relations they would help with this problem. So I guess I will be getting a call back from Octane due to me moving them back to a 1 star for not calling him after they said they would. I will keep you updated if anything happens with this. As most of you can see this is no way normal wear as Octane has calmed.

I bought my 2016 Can am Commander form Octane Christmas time last year. I should have written this review then. In the snow and freezing rain the guys at Octane had me prepped, financed, and ready to roll in about an hr. Class act from the front to the back. Their not a big franchise dealer. Their local. Local owned. Local staffed. A great asset to Southern Ohio. So fast forward to today 7 months later. I was doing a cv boot on my wifes 08 honda quad. Order my parts online so save some time. The online store makes a tool to help with installing the boot. I thought " its a rubber boot" Im good on the extra tools. 30 minutes after im covered in grease and ready to quit I hit the net to get the tool. Sold out online Im stuck. Or am I. Being Octane is close to home I ran up to talk with the service manager Chris. Chris knew what I was up against right away. Another guy from the shop recognized me as a past customer. Loyalty pays!!! Chris offered the shops tool on loan so that I could get my wifes broke down quad up and running for the weekend. They didnt owe me anything especially since i wasnt even using their parts. Like I said their top notch from the front to the back of the shop. Easy to deal with. Thanks Octane for being on top of your game. Thanks Loyal Customers.

I just wanted everybody to know where I didnt buy my new 2018 Can Am X3. I couldnt possibly spend any money with a company that supposedly did a pre-delivery check on a new XMR, on the first weekend out had excessive wear on shocks. Dealer response "TO BAD CAN AM DENIED" WAKE UP! CAN AM DIDNT DO PRE-DELIVERY. This dealer only wants sales and as you leave the parking lot you feel like you spent 28k on a 100k mile used car AS is, On your own, No help.

These guys were great! They were very patient as I kept debating what I wanted. I kept going from new to used and never felt pressure to choose. I ended up buying a used Can Am and couldnt be happier! They took the time to walk through all of the features, even staying after the store had closed. Good Business!!

I have a can am spyder st .check engine light on melted belt and no power. Took it in there to get it repaired. They repaired my bike and it runs and rides great . and at a good final bill. This is a Real can am repair shop with a Great staff. Miles and Smiles...
