I highly recommend RGR Motorsports. Brendan Hammond was my sales manager. He and the crew there were very personable, professional, and went out of their way to genuinely take care of me. They ended up ordering a new model I wanted at a better price than the bigger stores. I also had the opportunity to chat with Cole in the service department. He and his team seemed extremely knowledgeable and seemed to be up to speed on the latest technology, which is important since these new machines are so complex these days. This is the kind of place I was looking for all along and hope to keep coming back to years to come!

I had my motorcycle serviced with a new battery. They lost the cover. After 7 weeks I received a replacement cover. I had a metal one and they gave me a plastic one. Which was okay; at least I had a cover. It came with no bolts or screws. They said they would call me and get some to hold the cover. He said he would call in a week; its been almost 3 months. After 12 calls and no contact. I finally gave up. Now I drive with no cover over my battery. Horrible experience with zero communication. They simply did not care.

They are great. They go out of their way to do it right and make it right. They even delivered both of my bikes free of charge. Cole in the service department is extremely knowledgable and helpful when servicing my Rzr 1000 and I would not trust any other dealer with my repairs/service. Very good staff!!! I came in and the guy behind the counter was super cool cant remember his name. Then the guys in sales was also super helpful. They made me feel good about spending my money with them. I bought a used yz250 for a great deal and they threw in a helmet. Would recommend anyone to stop by
