I purchased my new BMW RS this summer after much shopping about and learning this at the time new dealer really was making an impact in changing the reputation of BMW dealers in a good way. Personally I get along with all the dealers but Kyle brings a new energy to the table with his enthusiasm for all things Moto. I am bi polar on bikes meaning I own both the major brands he offers so I get to compare his performance as a dealer in two different Uro disciplines and find this an excellent place to shop and buy motorcycles. Ironically his BMW salesman Jon Davis and I had a history already that goes back to the seventies with Honda and later with BMWs and so it was kind of a no brainier for me to purchase my latest BMW there. Time will tell how the service goes and I certainly have enjoyed the purchase of a ton of accessories for my bike and body all of which I enjoyed buying and trying on them from Devin and Larry . Mike is always fun to chat up all things Triumph with and Mark and I also had a history before he joined this group so it has all been "all good " as they say. Recommend you buy your next BMW or Triumph from a good group of folks who genuinely want you to find what you want. High pressure sales BS is not spoken here but dont feel ignored you wont be just enjoy the process and know you got the right bike for you when you choose this dealer . Fantastic buying experience in an extremely friendly and unassuming environment. I made countless trips here and enjoyed every one of them. The sales staff is helpful yet they give you plenty of personal space to browse and admire the merchandise. They are happy to answer questions and let you swing your leg over any of the bikes. They also give test rides without the guilt because they know these motorcycles sell themselves. Even closing the deal was a pleasure since you are working with people who ride and they know its all about getting on two wheels. Id highly recommend stopping in and checking this place out. Use Lanier Islands as a reason to bring the family and enjoy the scenery. Thanks to Jon for his endeavors and Jason for getting it done.

Mark and his team go way above the call of duty!!! Brought my mv brutale in for a rear tire change. Another dealer didnt realize that the nut was reverse thread and had gotten it so tight, the service dept at hourglass couldnt get it off the day I brought it in. I was really hoping to get a ride in that day, so instead of letting me leave disappointed, they gave me a loaner bike to ride for the day. Who does that?!!! Needless to say, the following business day, they get a hold of mv agusta and get some tech advise on removing the over -tightened nut. Got it all done and sent me on my way. I cannot say enough about these guys. Very professional, knowledgable and as I said at the beginning, go well above and beyond expectations.

One man I would like to commend personally is Mark Bellows in the finance/sales dept. Mark is a man of great personal character and will only treat you as he would want to be treated himself. He will do everything within his power and ability to make sure you get the deal best suited to your budget. I have dealt with dealers in the past where they did all the right things and then dropped the ball by trying to slide in hidden charges and such. Nice to have a dealer you can trust and fine employees such as Mr. Bellows.”

I only have great things to say about Hourglass Cycles. I know many of the staff from their former dealership where I bought my bike before the new one was opened. Everybody seems to be in good mood, very friendly and very helpful at all times. They are very knowledgable and answer all questions patiently. Generally speaking I have some pretty poor experiences with knowledge of some sales people. All staff at Hourglass cycle proof the opposite. Recently I was very impressed in particular by Deven in the apparel department. Her comments all made sense while she was not pushy at all. The consequence is: I will buy my new helmet at Housglass cycle, because good advice should always be supported!

With as many BMW Motorcycles in my garage as me, trips to the service department are often enough where you start scheduling service for one bike while you picking up the other :) And Gary Smith as well as the whole crew at Hourglass makes it all very simple, everyone is always happy to see you, friendly and knowledgeable. Techs are always available to answer any questions you have and are also happy to do so. At this point in time I cannot see myself taking my business anywhere else for service, parts, sales and etc. Hourglass is doing a phenomenal job in all areas. Please keep up the good work. I have been an Hourglass customer since they opened. I have been in multiple times for parts and service and have had a very positive experience every time. I get the same level of courtesy and helpful advice for big ticket items as well as items only costing a few dollars. They seem to be focused on meeting the need in a fair and economical way rather than upselling to the more expensive option. When I have ordered items, they do a good job of predicting when it will come in and the email notice they send me is very helpful. The Hourglass team is really focused on meeting the customers needs!

Great buying experience, a refreshing change from the typical motorsport dealership! Hourglass hosted a demo day where I was able to ride 5 different bikes. That day when I was asking about a specific model they had on the floor but did not have a demo for, they filled up the floor model with gas and let me test ride it - with no commitments! Three months later I came back and bought that model from them. Kyle, Mark (sales manager), Jon and Jason did a fantastic job taking care of me - love my new bike and will be going back for years to come.

It was getting to be late on a Saturday afternoon when I noticed my front tire was past well worn, and prime riding season was just arriving. I asked if they could work me in, but of course they were fully booked. However, the tech agreed to stay late so I could get my tire, and he would work late into the evening to finish the longer term service he had in process. I greatly appreciate the flexibility of both Hourglass and their employee to help me out, it was literally beyond my expectation.
