I went to purchase my scooter May of 2015. Was an easy decision to make because I was financed through SNAP. (they responded to my application IMMEDIATELY) Didnt have to pay a thing! And I bought it during their frequent discount sales they have. (But still paying biweekly) When I bought it, Jessica (nicknamed by me as Speedy Gonzales) sped through the initial instructions on how to operate. Luckily it wasnt hard to figure out. So she helped me learn how to brake and go, and then I was on me way home with my brand new scooter. I named my scooter "Scoot Scoot". Scoot Scoot experienced some issues starting during the first week, but the employees had no problem instructing me over the phone on how to kickstart it. I came back for scheduled maintenance where I met another awesome employee named Peter, who gave me more information about scooters. (great guy). Ive been friendly with them ever since, honking as I pass, and they ALWAYS wave back! The mechanics know their stuff and had Scoot Scoot riding brand new each and every time I bring it in. I left the place yesterday after needing much needed work done on my valves and kickstarter and I couldnt be more happy with the service! They took care of EVERYTHING and I went flying down the road as if I had just bought the scooter. So happy with the people there and I have never had a problem they couldnt fix. Always friendly and smiling. And very knowledgeable. AND they even know me by name when I walk through the door. I absolutely LOVE Scooterville and recommend Scooterville to anyone who needs cheap transportation. $3 fill up on gas and 100 MPG if not more! GO GET YOUR SCOOTER TODAY!!! AND ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET! Only thing I will say is, I was a little surprised at the prices for maintenance, however, this is a business and to stay in business they need money. But I am willing to pay the price in order to continue using Scoot Scoot as this is my only means of transportation. Dont be a dick and the employees will work with you. (A snobby entitled attitude gets you nowhere.) PS: Allowing your scooter to fall on its side may cuz issues and may need maintenance ($$$). Not coming in for scheduled oil change will damage your scooter. ($$$)

As of right now, Im having issues with scooter. After having the scooter home for approximately 1 hour, the gas gauge is showing empty but has a full tank. The speedometer stick has fallen down. And will not start via the switch. We can only jump start the scooter. After calling the shop, I was very disappointed. Until the issue is fixed, my review remains. Im always fair. But overall, the atmosphere at the company was awesome. The people were great. Until I called about the issue everything was 100% but soon dropped to the negatives. I hope this matter is fixed on Monday. Very disappointed customer at the moment. Im willing to turn this review back to 150% positivity once my issue is fixed. And I feel like I was treated fairly....

Scooterville of Tallahassee. Great staff, always nice and willing to help you in anyway possible. Usually, they can fix issues with you scooter or order parts if its damaged. Only problem Ive ever had is when I brought my scooter in for its 1000 mile check up and oil change. I noticed my front break had gotten a lot weaker, as it required more pulling on the handle to generate the same breaking force that a little pull used to do. They told me theyd take care of if, yet when I got it back it seems they overlooked that little bit of info. Now my scooters front break doesnt work at all. Rating will be updated after I bring them my scooter to fix the break and current battery issues Im having.

This place sucks. Better off taking your scooter to another place that wont steal your money, trust me there are better places. Brought my scooter in for a diagnostic, they apparently did a "valve adjustment fuel flush", thats a load of garbage. My scooter worked for THREE miles, then stopped working again. Called back and explained my problem, they refused to look at my scooter again claiming they fixed the problem.. waste of time and money. I ended up flushing the fuel myself and have had no problems since... I wont be coming back. I never write reviews, but this place deserves the bad review for their poor treatment of customers.

I purchased a green TaoTao ATM-50 for our granddaughter over the phone this past Saturday and picked it up Monday morning. When our granddaughter arrived after school she was totally surprised how great it looked and how well it rode with 2 people. After a few rides a part broke and within 30 minutes they had the part replaced and back on the road again. My experience with Scooterville of Tallahassee over the phone and in person has been first class professionalism and their service department is very fast. I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a scooter to check out Scooterville of Tallahassee first.

My experience here started off ok I came in with a sluggish slow running scooter and the brakes had just gone out. I had him do a full service and valve adjustment which was done in a timely manner. they called and said the brake had locked up i gave them permission to fix it since it was fixed it took longer than i thought but was fixed. Not long after my scooter starts dieing randomly so I take it to the guys at all about scooter and I come to find out it is low on oil. After finding this out i go back to have all about scooters to check it and he says the it is fine, and did not want to fix it at that time.

I bought my 49 cc scooter here two years ago and Ive been happily coming back to get maintenance done ever since. Keith, the owner of Scooterville in Tallahassee, is genuinely one of the best guys Ive had a pleasure of doing business with. He goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service and he doesnt try to rip you off like some of the other places around here. No matter how severe or how many issues you might be having with your scooter, the onsite mechanics at Scooterville will surely be able to fix it.. and fix it FAST, at a reasonable cost.

I bought a blaze 150 scooter for my son from Jauh. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detailed question on every scooter I inquired about. He even went so far as to keep the shop open late for us to answer all of our questions and to help us make the right choice on which bike would be best for our son and to teach us all of the safety measures. I could not have had better service anywhere else and you can bet when I pick up another it will be from him. Thanks, scooterville. My boy loves his new ride!

Everytime I would spend money for them to fix things, more problems arrived when I drove away on my scooter. Horrible service. The employees didnt even know they had my scooter in their inventory in the back when I had a question about my scooter. They dont give good care or service to the scooters. AllAboutScooters is way better, and informs me of when something is wrong with my scooter, Scooterville did not let me know that my frame needed adjustment or that my electric start up needed rewiring.
