Went to the store to purchase a safe. Advised the staff that I would be back in a few hours to pick up the boxed up safe. The staff assured me that the boxed up safe would have a sold sticker on it with my name. When I came back a few hours later... They sold my already purchased item to someone else and tried to give me the floor model. The staff advised me that the Fayetteville store had the item boxed up. A 20 min drive to the Fayetteville store, only to find out they never had the item. Fayetteville store was given the wrong item number. Thanks for wasting my time!!

Online Ordered an Aspen chicken coop for in-store pickup. When I went to pick up, the package had multiple holes in it, wooden parts sticking out, visible broken parts, etc... No big deal, stuff happens... But how I was treated by the staff was horrible. They have no protocol on how to return or reject an on-line ordered item. I had to argue with the manager to get a piece of paper saying I had rejected the pickup. I cannot believe they would even call a customer to pick up a severely damaged package, wasting my time and theirs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The store is difficult to navigate and unorganized and there were items cluttered everywhere. I stopped to ask an associate where something was but they werent too much help. After searching for some time we did find what we were looking for but it was 2-3 times more expensive than other places have it selling for. Other items I looked at seemed to be similarly overpriced. Unless you need something they have urgently, Id go somewhere else or order online. The line to check out was terrible.
