Visited the store with a new puppy and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Allison offered up a treat to William and he refused, not once, or twice, but 4 times. Allison was extremely helpful in getting William some samples of food and treats, we tried on a few different harnesses, and was told the benefits of each without any attempt to upsell. Extremely friendly and helpful, I will be back as soon as William makes a choice on food!

I have been trying to find a store to find new stuff for my 1 year old chi-mix! A friend of mine sent me to Top Dog and raved about how great it was. After visiting the location in Kennesaw, I have to say I definitely agree!!! They have excellent customer service skills and my cashier, Kelsey, was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I will return here for all pet related needs and send my friends along as well.

Top Dogs is all about customer service. The prices, location, and product selection is phenomenal, but what sets Top Dogs apart from the other pet stores in Kennesaw is the exemplary customer service. The staff is knowledgable, compassionate, and they truly love what they do. If youve never been, I highly recommend every pet lover visit Top Dogs at some point. They treat my Shiba Inu like one of their own!

If you love your dog, you need a store like Top Dog. They inventory only the best products for your dogs health. Staff is extremely helpful and they care about their customers. I cant say enough good things about Suzettes stores...theres one in Kennesaw and Roswell. Stop in and visit and you will see the difference versus the big box stores. I highly recommend.

I usually shop at the Roswell location, but was in Kennesaw, so I stopped in.... Love no matter what location the customer service is amazing.... I could not remember what size dog food I get, they looked it up and told me..... love shopping local small businesses... service is amazing....

Bougjt 44lb dog food here. Was told that they would refund money & accept food back if dog didnt like it. This place is disgraceful. Girl was very rude. Did eventually refund my money. Will not be back here ever. Very disappointed.
