I was just there today and after paying for them to do a bath and towel dry I brought to their attention that online it said the price was $25.00. I was not asking for a refund for the difference, just showing what I found online and instantly got an attitude from a young employee at the counter stating it was not their website. I asked if it was their logo at the top and they said yes, but it was not their website. The manager explained to me that the price was $25.00, but was changed to $30.00 months back. It is not the service that will keep me away it is the staff. I was handed a business card for the owner and when I called it rang back to the store where the girl full of attitude answered the phone and kept on with it. $47.00 for a bath, nail dremel, and a $5.00 tip. No thank you!! Frustrated is not the word to describe my experience. She has also reviewed the place on here. How you can review the place when you work there is beyond me...

Ive been to a few Pets supply store, but Pit Stop for Pets is the best place ever. I was greeted at the counter by two of the best staff members ever.... You have to see them for yourself... what a great surprise to see..... They have a selection of supply that is hard to find anywhere else. Their grooming service, to me, is top notch. The owners are friendly and helpful. They made me feel at easy and like I was part of their family... Thank you guys for such and awesome experience. You have to see the greeting staff... I promise you, you will come time and time again.

Absolutely love this place! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and they sincerely want whats best for your pet. Plus, with the self wash stations, the grooming, and the wide selection of products its a one stop shop!
