Me and my husband came here for the first time to inquire about starting our little guy on a raw food diet. We were pleasantly greeted by the sales associate who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We left there very confident In knowing how to proceed. While sure, we did independently research raw dog food diets prior to going in, it doesnt hurt to get input from people that really knew their stuff! Its a small store but dont be fooled its packed with great options for your furry baby. And prices are reasonable as we check everything online to compare and quite frankly for their customer service I would rather go there and give them my business anyway!

If the customer service at this location is anything like the driving of that maniac blonde girl wielding the Mini Cooper, I think Id prefer to take my business else where. I was nearly ran off the road (with a child in my car) by this girl on E. Piedmont and she cut off several other cars --nearly clipping one bumber-- as well before she whipped into the parking lot of the store. If racing a car, with your stores decals clearly displayed, through traffic is the way this place drums up business I think Id rather avoid them all together.

Have been shopping at this Red Bandana for several years now. A great assortment of food, antlers, and all other pet accessories. The staff is friendly and greets me by name most of the time. I would highly recommend this small business for high quality products!
