We washed our dogs there at their "do-it-yourself dog wash" and the service was ok - For $30+ dollars, it didnt seem like the "deal" was that great seeing as though you had to do the work - So for $30 - $40 you get to use their washrooms and use their shampoo - I didnt really see the "value" there - I guess if youre old and cant bend over or too fat to do it, you could get a bit of help by standing up and washing them - But if youre just an avg. person then I dont really see the value of this service - If it was $10 per dog, then maybe...Love the store and the owner and her father are great - Great prices on PREMIUM dog food, too.

BEST GROOMING EVER!!! We took our keeshond-border collie, Maximus, to get groomed. His undercoat rivals that of a polar bear, so he is not an easy groom. I really did not want him shaved down, so they took the time to get the longest attachment possible to give him a gorgeous, smooth trim that is just right (about 1/2 of his regular, long length). Plus, he came back even happier and sassier than he was before. We also buy our dog food from them-- if you buy a certain # of bags, you get a whole bag free. What a great program!

Used to be five star. Really enjoyed going to this location. Was professional, but still small enough to be personable. In the last six months, however, things have really been going downhill. Progressively dirtier, less and less friendly, and overall the work just isnt the same quality. They also let go of one groomer who I feel had the best skillset in this town! Wish I could figure out where he went. Think his name was Jean. He was always fun and helpful, and did excellent work. If anyone knows where to find him let me know.

Cute shop, first experience was good. Found a new canned dog food for my chihuahua. Presented food to her and she would not eat it, she loves anything food related this was odd. Tried presenting to her numerous times, then i looked at the expiration date on the cans... MARCH 2012. No wonder she wouldnt eat. As a small shop owner, one must ensure they are checking dates of food. This is not a small over sight. I can imagine several months, but years?

Small, but has a good selection. Self service bath areas could be a little nicer, but its just a place to wash a dirty dog, right? Friendly enough, and helpful.

Friendly staff and nice decor although it is a little cluttered! They sell top of the line dog food and have a frequent buyer program! Ill definitely be back
