Greatest pet store Ive ever been too! They stock items that show they genuinely care animals. And they dont "price gauge" as I saw someone else say. They are basically exactly the same as online prices! Its awesome that I can try out a product or check it out in person vs ordering online!! They were extremely helpful in getting me samples to find the right food for my picky dog. Would recommend this store to everyone!

The store is extremely overpriced and they gouge you at the register by not observing posted sale prices on items. We asked a simple question of the (20-something) "manager" about using coupons and she went "psycho" and was extremely disrespectful to us. AVOID THE STORE - lots of other pet stores in town who treat their customers with some respect.

Friendly people and quality products make this pet store a must for my wife and I. We pass a few bigger chain stores on our way to PetPeople, but were always greeted with a smile and the staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating!
