Staff was great and the shop was clean. Went in for a piercing and left a unhappy. I explained what I was looking for and that I wanted a hoop that hugged the nose...I left with a large hoop that stuck out 1.5 inches from the nose. Needless to say that the piercing was removed immediately. Now I have to wait 45 days before I can try at another shop for the desired piercing.

I don't know what I expected, but having Candace ink my first tattoo was an outstanding decision! The shop was clean and the employees were friendly and patient. I had a great time, and walked out with exactly what I had been envisioning! I am already planning my next visits for numbers 2 & 3. Thanks, Celtic Crow!
