Probably the worst service Ive had in a long time. The woman who was supposed to do my tattoo showed up the time of the appointment. (I was early so that was my own fault, but I was trying to be nice because she told me a lot of people showed up late, or not at all) Though she didnt bother to call me, or the shop and say that she was sick. I had to wait an hour and a half to be tattooed by a total d-bag. Everyone asked if I needed help, but I only talked to the person that did my tattoo twice. He kept asking me if I was nervous, which I wasnt until he repetitively asked me if I was. A few minutes if I start bawling my eyes out. He kept telling me to just calm down, and then refused to turn on music when I said it would help me calm down. He literally said, "No, I cant do that. Nope, it wont help. You just need to calm down.". After he said he was done with the outline, I told him I wanted to stop because it was starting to hurt too much. He told me he wasnt going to let me leave with a half finished tattoo, and that I could handle it. I was there to get a memorial tattoo for my father, so it was an emotional time already. To be treated in such an apathetic manner was appalling to me, and made the overall experience horrible. Not to mention I had to pay a twenty dollar deposit and was told Id get to pay twenty dollars less when it came time for the payment. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I paid 170 dollars for about a 2" x 4" tattoo, and service that left me crying the entire ride home. Ive been to the north location, and not once was I ever treated like that. I dont usually even give reviews, let alone bad ones. If you want a rushed tattoo with a rude artist, ask for Mario.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst tattooing experience ever. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get tattoos...the sketch I was shown looked good until he tattooed it and messed everything up. Keith was my "artist" and I got an arrow...just a simple arrow. When he put the trace on my arm I told him it was crooked and not centered...he looked and said oh no its fine and started to tattoo me. I looked up places for tattoo removal before I was even out of the shop. The shop smelled like pot and Mario said he didnt want to do tattoos at that time...probably too high to know anything. After I called and stopped repeatedly to get a refund and complain. Keith said he could fix it with more ink....NO THANK YOU! They gave me a run around and belittled me. I have 6 other tattoos and Ive never been anywhere near feeling the way I felt when I left Needle Masters...I left in tears....

This place was the worst Ive ever been to. Theyre way over priced and the staff were such assholes while I was trying to figure out an estimate for my tattoo and while I was getting my industrial pierced. They colored the outside of my tattoo and looks terrible. Not to mention they werent even that busy and we waited for over 2 hours. When the guy came in to do them, he was high and stinked of weed.

BBB accredited tattoo shop. Very professional and very clean. The motto here is, "A cheap tattoo aint good and a good tattoo aint cheap" and in a business like this, you dont want to shop around for a bargain, you want a great artist to give you something youll be proud to wear for the rest of your life. If youre in Toledo, this is the place to go.

Dave did a great job on my helix piercing. The facility is very clean, and their procedures for keeping everything sterile is impeccable. I followed his verbal and written instructions to the letter and Ive had no problems with it. Keith did a Celtic cross/memorial tattoo on my son and its beautiful. We highly recommend Needlemasters!

Charged me triple what the tattoo shouldve been worth it was my first tattoo so I didnt know and then he left an extra line that shouldnt be there and didnt connect one of the lines and all I had done was an outline of Michigan complete waste of money Im getting stuff addedjust to hide the issues

Ive had work done by Mario and he has done the best work that Ive ever had done. Four of my tattoos he did 11 years ago and they still look great, even the red is holding up beautifully. I always recommend people to go to needle master and see Mario. Thanks for the awesome work Mario.

Wow, so unbelievably rude before I even walked in the damn door. Open until 3 AM and I call to ask a simple question at midnight, not even about their shop I might add, and the lady says "were closed Im walking out the door" and hangs up on me.

My friend got her piercing it was an inviting atmosphere and clean beyond expected. The guy was nice and joking but he did give her alot of information about cleanliness and what she had to do to heal properly
