Dont go here. I repeat DONT GO HERE. So i came here today because my nose piercing fell out and i wanted it replaced. I called two days ahead and got no response. I called as soon as it happened trying to race time until it closed and got no response. When i went NICKI ( a huge lady) the tatoo artist was extremely rude to me. Customer service isnt even a factor with this lady what so ever and I believe she owns or manages the place. After i asked for a discount considering their inability to respond to my immediate calls she got mad immediately and went to the back to talk trash to the other tatoo artists. I ignored it because of how bad i wanted the piercing. Then she finally agreed. When i was about to get it done i asked her quickly about tatoos and wanting to see someone about potentially getting one in the future and she began to go off on me about " how are you going to come in here asking for a discount and want a tatoo" she rose her voice with me!! I got really angry and went off on her and my boyfriend pulled me out. She came to the door and proceeded to yell and make trouble after we had already left. So i stayed there and gave it back to her. Customer service does not exist here. I was with my boyfriend and he was extremely surprised to see me go off like that. I have been with him for 2 years now Nd hes never experienced that and mind you i am with him all the time every time. That was disgusting character. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

I couldnt believe how unprofessional this shop was. NEVER EVER go here for a piercing. The chick was crazy unprofessional and made us wait for ten minutes while she finished watching a youtube video. Getting my piercing done I realized after that she didnt clean the area, nor wear gloves..I got my nipples pierced and one turned out completely crooked! i had to take it out and i am now waiting for it to heal so i can go get it redone correctly. She also suggested using Bactine to clean it..please never use bactine..use a saline solution.

I love it when you walk inside a shop a guy has balls to tell you he wont tattoo it because it dont look good on you cant figure out why he is not only trying to refuse customers not only me when no ones in there him and this lady then i see the sign for tap out session night lost a very potential customer i have half sleeve with over 30 hours of work his portfolio sucked looked like he bought his portfolio lmao dont get burned.

This place is awful. I went there and witnessed the pierced Nicki blatantly be rude to customers as they called. She hung up on someone right in our faces and claimed the lady was asking too many questions.. . You would think shed show some type of shame in front of customers. She was also very rude to me and my friends. I will never go there again!

Got my left nipple pierced here the second time I got it and nicki the piercer was nice. Shes professional and fast. She told me the people that did my piercing the first time put the wrong jewelry in the first time. She did my piercing almost two years ago so Im late on my review but Im going back to her for my nose and daith piercing.

Extremely rude! I was waiting with my sister and one of the male tattoo artist see me standing there for 5-10 mins before asking if I need any help. Then when the piercing lady NICKI arrives he tells her there is two BLACK girls waiting for her. Then he said there is another set of BLACK girls( my sister &I) waiting for her. Very rude

Paid $180 for Rushs star symbol on my back. Artist went WAY too deep and scarred the whole thing. Looks like a child did it. And its there forever. Screw this place and the short dude who did my work in the first both off to the left. Thank you for STEALING my $180 and leaving this GARBAGE on my back.

im only 15 and for my birthday april 29 my mom took me to get my eyebrow pierced ok now i have a HUGE fear of needles but the shop made mr feel comfort and i soon got through it. he even put me on his top 5 screamers!!!!!!! i would recommend or gooo back any day

Workers are very friendly. Nicole does piercings and shes so sweet! Ive gotten my nose and belly button done here, no infections or pain after the procedure. Great prices too. Have yet to go for a tattoo, but Ive heard great things from close friends.

my friend and I went and had batman tattoos done at ink addiction.. Steve did them and none of the lines are stright, and he scared us. He is very heavy handed And a poor tattoo artis. I was very unhappy with his work and do not recommand this place.

The woman who did my piercings was amazing. Nice, professional, and she knew what she was doing. Never got an infection, never had pain, and they all turned out awesome. This is the place to go for a piercing. Going to have to line up a tattoo next.

My mom and I just had tattoos done by Steve this weekend. Love them! He listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect design for both of us. Great work, clean lines, awesome color! The shop is real laid back and fun! Great place to go!

Nicole was absolutely lovely, I have no idea what any one is talking about on here. Sorry, but dealing with people is a tough ob. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back to get my piercings. Thank you, Nicole!!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They were smiling and enjoying what they do. A big thanks to Jeff for doing my Endometriosis ribbon. He was very funny and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back for more tattoos!!

Ive gotten a tattoo done here by Scott, and hes a great artist. I paid my deposit for another tattoo I wanted to get from Steve, but still havent gotten it after ai told him I wanted a different artist. What. A. Joke.

Unprofessional, over priced for amateur work. asked for drawing paid $20, called back a week later told me I never came in. go see trent @ eternal, or any of kustom kulture artists. If I could give zero stars I would.

Excellent shop. I drive way out of my way to come here to have Steve do my work, hes an amazing artist and all around cool guy. Hes done cover-ups for tattoos Ive hated and turned them in to some amazing.

Iv had my tongue pierced here and no problems at all. Also Jimmy did both of my tattoos and I have no complaints at all I absolutely love his work. I refuse to go anywhere else.
