I wish it was a positive experience. I called early in the day to make sure everything on their website was accurate. Pricing, services, and business hours. The gent I talked to was nice enough. I was told they closed at 10 p.m. I got there before 9 p.m. The door was unlocked and a guy was sweeping. I walked in, and he asked if I was there for a piercing. I said yes. Then from the back another guy comes out and says were closed. Theres a tattoo convention tonight. He sarcastically laughed and said didnt you see the sign was off? I said I had called early in the day to make sure they were open til 10. He said not this store. Come back Monday. I know it was this store because I asked specifically if it was the Taylor location. He was flippant and quite abrupt. Customer service is a simple concept. I bring money to you in exchange for goods and services. Well not you specifically because my brief encounter with this employee ensured I would not return on Monday. From a good portion of the reviews, which I wish I wouldve read beforehand, I am not the first to feel the complete lack of customer service. Unfortunately I had to choose at least one star in order to review this business. It actually deserves no stars.

The people who work here are extremely RUDE, no "customer service" at all. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. After sitting there for almost 3 hours yesterday, I was asked to come back in 2 hours. I said No, and made an appt. for today. Sitting there again today, waiting and waiting, I was asked to return in 2 hours. I said, no, Id prefer a refund of my deposit of $20. I was told yesterday, that if I didnt like the drawing that the artist made or anything went wrong, that it would be refunded. If I did like it, the $20 would go towards my tat. Since I was leaving, and had decided not to return in 2 hours, they refused to refund my $20, saying that it was impossible. Yeah, right. THAT was a choice. I explained that my time was just as valuable as theirs. The guy who said I would get my refund yesterday, blatantly lied today, saying that he "never said that". I wouldnt have given my money, if not for that fact. I guess the owner, was the one telling me that he "could not" refund my money. WHY would I go back in 2 hours? I had already sat there today for one hour AFTER my appointment! They are in a business which depends on customers. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot believe how rude these employees are at this shop. Horrible attitudes and do not know how to pierce properly. I got my navel done here and its very crooked. The man who pierced me was very rude and made really unnecessary comments about my weight. When I went later on in the day with my friend, she got her bellybutton as well, and he was very sweet and nice to her. He also told her lots of really important information about the piercing that he didnt tell me. It was extremely unfair and I would not ever recommend this shop to friend. Save yourself the time and money and look for a higher quality shop. Also, this specific piercer kept repeatedly taking "smoke breaks" and making the costumers wait even longer. I was hearing complaints from others around me, claiming to be there for 6+ hours. I was there for about 4 hours and it took an hour and a half just for 3 or 4 piercings to be done. Do not recommend at all. 0/10.

I got my first tattoo there about a year ago and the girl did an awesome job, the staff was very freindly and had a great sense of humor. My fiance loved the work so much, he then decided to get our daughters name. It also turned out nice. I went back again to get my tongue re-pierced (Gibralters did it wrong!) and it was a male that did it. He made me feel very comfortable and waited while i gave the run around about doin it..lol. My sister and my niece got a peircing and they also loved theres. I would recommend this place b/c if you have a sense of humor and can read ppl they are actually really nice staff. It was clean and we were greeted very quickly the work is fantastic. My appts. were on time and did not have to wait. Im actually gettin ready to go get more work done here soon and so are a cpl of my friends. It s worth a try to go here. Even with these reviews check it out for yourself. If Im wrong SORRY!!

Arrived at this shop at 8:40 p.m. and even called ahead of time to let them know we were coming, drove allllll the way out for them to turn us down. Told us theyre closing early, something they easily couldve stated over the phone before we made the drive. and the 2 there were extremely rude. Didnt even welcome us as we walked in and looked annoyed that we even arrived in the first place. Then the girl there told us "well weve just been sitting here all day" and she then proceeded to ask another if he felt like tattooing and he said "no" & that they were closed even though it says they dont close till 10. Horrible horrible customer service. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

HORRIBLE. The guy that pierced me, did it wrong. Gave me the wrong jewelry. Got infected after just two days. I have plenty of other piercings and Ive been very good with maintaining them. I had to pay to get it taken out(because of the jewelry he gave me) and even the peircer that was there was really upset and was trying to figure out who gave this guy a job in the first place!!! a friend of mine got her nose pierced there and when we went to buy more jewelry, the guy told her she needs to change is ASAP or her hole is going to be very big. So he not only messed up on my EAR piercing, but also her nose. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have had 3 tattoos and 11 piercings done here, have also had multiple family members get work done here. The service has always been friendly and they have answered any questions i had. If you want a generic tattoo done out of a book, done quickly by an artist that dosent care go somewhere else. These artist take pride in their work and make sure the customer is happy. I would recomend it to anyone and i do. Piercer trevor favorite artist garnet.

Crocheting Momma !

I got my Rook pierced on the 17th of September wish I knew the guys name who did it he did such a good job, I was comfortable, he did it quick, and the staff was very nice. I looked up the pain and after care reviews on the piercing itself and it said on a pain scale of 1-10 it is a 7-8 and I have had very little to no pain what so ever! No nasty puss or anything Im extremely happy and there prices are unbeatable!! I will be back.

The people are awesome, I had to wait a because it was a very busy day for them but the people were cool and most were pretty funny so it was fun. I got my first tattoo done there and it looks awesome, it was arabic script and the artist made it look great even though he doesnt read or write a word of arabic. Highly recommend this place, nice people, very sanitary and great art, will definitely be going back soon.
