I have had two tattoos done at WTL. Joe did the first one and it turned out great. When a touch up was needed, he took care of it and it still looks new a year later. My second tattoo was done by Corey Lambert. He said his work was guaranteed as well. I followed the after-care directions to the letter, and even after an initial touch up, some of the black lines are broken, uneven and lighter in color than others. After allowing time for healing, I went back and asked him to look at it again. I was very surprised when he simply refused. He said he could not waste any of the shops resources to correct this per shop policy. When I reminded him that he said his work was guaranteed, he said he was only saying that to be nice. A tiny bit of ink and 5 minutes of his time (the shop was totally empty of customers at the time) would have taken care of it. Instead, they lost a client today and I will no longer recommend this shop to anyone.

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this shop! My family and I went to get matching tattoos. A different artist did each of our tattoos, yet they are all of the same thing... each slightly different due to the different artists styles. We couldnt be happier! They look GREAT. Also, it was our first tattoo and they walked us through the process and were very patient with our many questions and low pain tolerance. Very friendly, personable, and kind staff! The shop was also very cool and clean!

I went into Walk the Line to ask a few questions about a tattoo I wanted, and they were all super friendly! They answered everything, and I actually ended up getting the tattoo right then! It was super quick and easy and my artist gave me exactly what I wanted. He made sure it was perfect and even tweaked it a couple of times to make sure I was happy with it. Super friendly staff and super talented people. 10/10 would recommend.

Radar has been doing my work for years and he is amazing. I brought ideas of what I wanted and he really ran with it. He even fixed up some of my previous work and made it look awesome!
