I know these guys personally. I had a half sleeve done by them and it came out exactly the way I wanted it too. Ive gotten tattoos in a few other states and by far these guys succeed my other artists. Billy and Kodi are the only two people Ill let tattoo me now.

I have read Ms. Perkins reviews.....sounds like Ms. Perkins is making her way around the Point complaining. River Diner does not have a patio n Toledo Tattoo is the best shop in Toledo......get it together Ms Perkins.
