Im a huge Target fan.. One of my top 3 favorite stores. Mainly because of the staff friendliness. However, today 3/15 will be the LAST time I will ever step foot into this store. The "manager" SHARON was very unprofessional and RUDE. To the point were all the items I was purchasing with my Redcard were left behind because of her lack of knowlegde and people skills. Instead of rectifying an issue that could of easily been resovled she was refused to seek any further clarification and refused to assist us any further.. Yes REFUSED. To be precised she threw her hands up and I quote "NAH IM GOOD" Then after we took it upon ourselves to speak with a higher manager Brittany is when SHARON decided that would be an appropriate time to state her case. Which caused a big unnecessary scene in front of the other Customers that were stuck waiting in line because of sharons actions. She lacks the ability to WANT to assist.. Her grammar and body language was uninviting and poor. Not the ideal manager for any TARGET stores. I will be sharing this experience with corporate, coworkers and friends.

The workers from starbusk in targe bruce b down tampa florida are so rude the girl thats in the cachier today 4/23/17 is so rude and her faces is not happy and when i wanted to order something she say: we dont have it with a very rude mode so i pick another thing and i paid everything was find antill the girl that was making my drink was looking at me rude and her face was like she dont want to do anything and it was like she disturbed that we order a drink and she had to make it she make that drink so bad it taste so bad and i never had a starbursk that tasted so bad i think she made it like she didnt care it was so disrespectful how that starbusk tried me i am never coming back to that starbursk i dont recommend to anybody so rude disrespectful you has a customer have to feel happy and good with your drink and service they gif you after all you pay there salary

Service was shirty brought a charge in California Morifes to give me a lasting charge for 48+ hour Tryied to charge never Would. So when I got close to this Target instead of giving my money that I paid they said I could get a Gift Card or nothing at all spent $79.99 on charger but only got back $49.99 got warranty at $20.00 . my cost $100.00 only got $60.00 because she couldnt Add and when I said something she Called the Police to have me run out of this store. Never have I seen someone so Dumb that to cover it up had to call the police. Told the Police what happened and they lafed at her and said to here that she owed me $40.00 more and she walked away someone else told the Officer to just Remove me at once! He told them the problem, just gave him a blank stair. Like h e was dumb...

I love this target!!! Its always clean and the prices are unbeatable. They always have free gift card promotions. Use your cartwheel app to save more money and their target card to save 5% off you purchase. They also honor manufacturers coupons despite having cartwheel offers. If you are a frugal mom, this is the place where you get the most bank for your buck. Also the manager responsible for the cash registers is amazing. I was recently there and the cash register broke down right when I was about to pay and I had almost $100 worth of groceries in my cart. The employee apologized numerous times, gave me a discount and even popcorn for the inconvenience. Target you have amazing employees!

This targets food selection continues to grow and improve. I find they often carry products other Super Targets wont have when it comes to grocery selection. Also, their guest services personnel are outstanding. I find I can almost always work through whatever issue I am having and they are very accommodating. Theyve recently added self-checkout lanes, which is a big plus when you have only a few items anid dont want to wait in line. They also can call someone to assist you to walk your cart out, which helps greatly if you are shopping with little ones and have a full cart! I love shopping at this location.

I called today looking for a very specific pesticide for my pantry, and Wayne, the operator who picked up from the fitting department, spent 10 minutes with me helping me to find a solution to my problem. He personally searched for the insecticide in the store and offered an organic pesticide solution. He also gave me some great tips on how to control my pantry pest problem, as he happened to have worked in pest control before. He definitely went over and beyond to help me out and I really appreciated it. Thanks!!

came in and within 5 minutes after arriving in the furniture department, found a polite employee named Steven who was more than happy to help us not only lift and move the box but took it to the front of the store so we could get our grocery shopping done. Jazmin was fast at checking us out and even offered to have someone assist us out to our car. We were in the store for a total of 20 minutes before we walked out with our items. very fast, kind, and polite service. We will be back :)

I was at target today when I witnessed a woman in front of me be disrespected and treated so badly she was almost in tears! A manager named Sharon was so rude and unprofessional when speaking to the customer. She had absolutely no edict and should not be working in customer service! I wasnt even the one involved but what I witnessed alone made me so infuriated that I will never return to this location! I rather drive to Tampa then ever give my money to such nasty disrespectful people!

Liars and cheaters! I opened a red card account in Feb and set up auto pay right after, then my auto pay was REMOVED and they let my bill go past due to charge the late fee and interest rate. I filed a complaint while I still paid the fee and continued use this card, they REMOVED the auto pay AGAIN and charged my another late fee! When I called the customer service they just deny what they did! Closed account and will never come back.

Great place for groceries, electronics, toys, games, home appliances and decorations. They are a premium grocery store so expect to pay more than at wallmart. Using their cartwheel app may save you some money. This story is generally not too busy and parking is easy to find and lines are usually 2 to 3 people waiting at most. They do offer self checkout. The bathrooms are clean, as is the rest of the store.

Im a Red Card holder & visit Target about once a week. This Target appears under staffed. Most mornings there is only 1 checkout lane opened. Today the Self checkout malfunctioned & there wasnt an employee in sight to help. Ive heard employees on the floor complaining, and they will run customers over. The shelves are hit & miss. One week they have my product, the next they dont. Im very disappointed.

The store itself is great, the problem is the management. On more than one Sunday morning they have only one check-out lane open. For example, today from 8am to 8:40am they had only one cashier lane open and the self-checkout lanes were all closed. The check-out line was way too long. When you spend more time waiting to pay than actually shopping something is wrong.
