The one dude with the glasses.. I dont know if he is the owner or manager or what, but he is absolutely RUDE! I have been here a few different times, and I have asked for help, or just a simple question and this man acted like I was stupid. I have given him multiple chances to be kind to us.. My last and final time I was at this toy store there was a couple there and they said that he was rude to them too and that the prices here are outrageous. I know you have to make a profit but jeeeez, I rather go to Cleveland heights to BIG FUN! They are reasonable, friendly, nice, and have excellence people skills! Your employees should learn from them..

I was encouraged to bring my toys here to sell or trade per two conversations I had with two different employees. When I brought my items in I felt I had realistic expectations (like getting 30-40 percent of whatever the store will sell the item for). I was offered 4 dollars for my items. All of them. I calculated what the store was selling them for and it was 160 dollars. I could see the store giving me 50 in credit for items they are going to sell for 160, but 4 dollars? I was kind of insulted.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! The prices are absolutely insane on the video games. Its sad because they have a decent selection but I doubt they ever sell anything because its often four times the price of anywhere else. Even The Exchange sells games cheaper. Does the owner know that the internet exists? Just buy elsewhere. Do not go here.
