The lady at customer service was so sweet and very helpful however, it was the lady working electronics that pissed me off. She was FOLLOWING me and my 4 year old son through the store as if we were CRIMINALS! please tell me how a 4 foot 11 inch, 95 pound female carrying coach, dressed nice and drinking starbucks screams FOLLOW ME I AM STEALING!? It shouldnt matter how someone looks or is dressed should be followed in a freaking toy store!! I work in retail management so I know the little "ins and outs" of following potential thieves so I was definitely being followed and I do NOT appreciate it at all!

Some employees friendly and some arent thats the only down fall. But this is the largest toys r us location Ive been to in the area and its very clean and has a wider selection to choose from than the smaller stores. Also my wife appreciates how they have a nice nursing room to feed babies privately in.

I have been here a few times to shop for toys for my son. There have been times I had to go to the customer service desk for various things and everyone I encountered was super friendly and a big help. Its a great store and its huge with a wide selection.

Couldnt get help in baby registry dept. Was told multiple times someone would be right with us. After 50 min, we left and went to store in Parma. Complete 180. Parma staff greeted quickly and helped us with all of our needs.

Came in with a purchase order and I made everything super complicated the staff and supervisors were so accommodating even with being busy. It was a very nice shopping experience and I will be back.

Dont bother with in store pick up. Why order something online ahead of time if you end waiting 25 minutes at the store while they go find it for you?
