Super slow service! We stopped in to purchase the last item for our nursery but it wasnt in stock. The associate attemped to assist us in placing an order online and was clearly incompetent. It took approximately 30 minutes for her to enter the information in and after having to ask another associate several questions, we finally gave up and placed the order from home. Also, the "registry reward dollars" are a complete bust...after spending hundreds of dollars at this store, we received $20 in rewards only to discover that they arrived in $5 increments that must be used at various times (2-through end of August and 2-first two weeks in September) and can not be combined for online purchases. The program is totally ridiculous and pretty much a waste of time since you can find most of the items online cheaper anyway. Frankly, if I didnt have a gift card to use, I wouldnt be bothering shopping here.

Very disappointed with this place and I wish I did not do my registry here... first we went to buy a car seat.. we stood at the section for almost and hour and left with no help, returned a few hours later to get the car seat we saw earlier but still no help. So we decided to take it on our own! Just to get home to open it and find a car seat stained and smelling of baby vomit, this packed as new! Going to return it today. Over and above I have family calling complaining that they cant get they stuff on my registry because no one will help then out, as the clothing items have no images they need assistance. So it seems its not just one store it is all their store who lack in the skill of client service! Which is a shame because I love shopping there. But if you have common sense you know half of the people who walk in there are pregnant and need help carrying and pulling our stuff!

Drove all the way from Apopka for a pack n play that shows as "limited stock" on the website. Called multiple times before going to see if the product was still available nobody ever answered the phone. After wasting my time to drive down here "oh we dont have this in stock just this identical product but we wont price match because its a different color." Really? Thanks for nothing Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Also idk where all these reviews for great customer service come from it took me 10 minutes to track down an employee in the first place!

Melhor loja de brinquedos de Orlando disparado. A outra loja que fica aos arredores do Florida Mall também é boa mas essa aqui é super completa e bem grande. Vale a pena visitar e com certeza voltará mais vezes pois é super agradavel e nem é cheio.

I love to go shopping at this store. I have nephews and I love to give gifts to them. But not only that, every time I go there I always buy something for me, they have very interesting games for adults to play with friends and now with winter coming it is very good to be with friends and have fun playing different games. The sales people are very nice and also help when you have doubts. Its great to have a big toy store with so many varieties here in Orlando.

A world to discover...they even have snacks while shopping toys for your children or anything you wont think about to welcome your new baby. If you are with kids and you would like to choose peacefully, ask for the child corner where your child can play while you are shopping. Toys R US, where you would love going to shop with your child ! On the top of this, the staff is so nice.

I have visited two TRU locations in Orlando on the same day and got little confused by price policy. I do expect have the same prices in one chain, but TRU is different. One store had Mobile toys BOGO and this one didnt. Other store had Breyers Horse Cruiser on sale for $15,99 and this has it still full price for $34,99. So check the price!!

This Toys R Us/Babies R Us has a good selection of toys & games and baby items to choose from. Most of their prices seem comparable to other stores like Target & Walmart. Finding an employee to assist can be an issue though because they are scattered around the store, but they are helpful.

This Toys R Us is nice and big with plenty of toys for the little ones. The store is really clean and the staff is helpful. Customer service is not the best during Christmas but other than that its pretty good except for the long lines. Its very close to the Milena mall.

Excellent place to buy everything for their children. They have an incredible variety of toys. Even as an adult you will have to purchase the toys for you too and of course, lend to their children. The sales people are very thoughtful. I like this store!

You can never find an emploee. Only one cashier lane open and never fully stocked. Its horrible. Over priced items. This is why Id rather shop at target. you always find deals and employees!!!. Toys r us you need to reestablish your stores

Babies R Us went above and beyond! We received a crib that was damaged. We called and, within a week, they had a new one delivered to our house and they even assembled it for us for free! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
