Toys R Us is a mixed thing for me. When I was a kid they stores seemed much better laid out and had better prices and help. Today the stores are set up really strange and you can get lost. And if you have a kid with you who wonders off its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They do offer alot of toys of course and I do find things I want to buy but they are still expensive and they dont have any good deals on the popular items. The electronic section is terrible so we avoid it. Better off at Best Buy. The help seems limited at times since you can wait around awhile for any. But they are very friendly so Ill give them that.

If you find yourself looking for a toy and are unable to find it elsewhere, Toys "R" Us is usually the place where you can find it, or something darned close. This ones proximity to a pet store makes it an ideal place to go with the little ones (children, that is).

Messy, high prices. Had what I wanted,but couldnt find in the store."supposed to be here or in this aisle!" The person looked very hard before I told them to forget it or it would be one star.

I only go here when I have to toys should not be that expensive but yes they have the brand name toy of the year that everybody wants so sometimes I have to give in and go

They have many good items but allmost everything I have bought here has went back because it was broken or missing something I have probally returned 15 or 20 items

Kids Love it friendly staff watch your prices tho sometimes the same thing is right at target for half the price

Its mostly for kids, but does offer some teen games and video games which always gets me excited, good over all.
