I was doing some spring cleaning and I came across pictures of my family from our visit to Kringle’s Inventionasium. Seeing those pictures brought back great memories and I wanted to share that with the company. I have gone with my family to Kringle’s inventionasium every year since it opened at Tower City. Our experiences have always been positive ones. My son had a blast inventing his own toy, experimenting with making different animal sounds, playing with bubbles, and growing snow. At the end of our tour, we had a personal visit with Mr. Kringle himself! I noticed this year that Mr. Kringle handed out Kringle coloring books to the kids. This was such a great addition – my son enjoys coloring in his Kringle book all year long. As a mom, I think the tour was worth it – it’s so much more than just waiting in line to see Santa. My son got to meet different characters (our favorite is Blind!) and explore his creativity all while waiting to meet Kris Kringle. We also enjoyed the gift shop at the end – there are a lot of interesting and unique toys there that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I found the staff to be well organized, courteous, and whimsical. I also liked the reservation system for tours – in my opinion this helped to cut down on the wait time. I definitely recommend Kringle’s Inventionasium as a “must-see” Christmas event in the Cleveland area.

We have been taking the grandchildren to see Mr. Kringle since they opened. The best way for me to describe it is Willy Wonka meets Christmas. The decorations and colors are so vibrant. There is so much to look at. The characters are wonderful. They get down to the childs level to make sure they get whats going on and get them involved in the activities. One of the girls was a little unsure of one of the characters, so our guide jumped right in to make sure she felt comfortable. They love all the activities. I think the addition this past year with the bubbles was a big favorite. Making snow is another favorite of theirs. You can tell that the people that work there all love what they are doing. Their enthusiasm and energy is definitely real. What a great alternative to standing in a mall line for 2 hours to sit on Santas lap for 15 seconds. The kids are entertained all the way to Mr. Kringles office. The best part of the whole tour is actually meeting Mr. Kringle in his office. You go in as a family, so everyone is comfortable. Mr. Kringle even sat on the floor and played with the girls while conversing with them. Mrs. Kringle was added this year also. She is so sweet and real. The girls loved her stories about the decorations. My grown up daughter was even moved by her stories.

My daughter and I fly from California to Chicago visit some family. We decided to all meet in Cleveland to go to Kringles. Myself, daughter (9), my mother, my sister, her boyfriend, his sister and her son (8), my nephew (16), niece (13), and nephew (6 months). we were blown away!! Our guide "Blind" was awesome, she kept us entertained throughout our whole tour and her outfit was something to talk about. My daughter had a blast...she danced....she sang....she said oath...she created and used her imagination. She not the only one though...i have photos of the 16 and 13 year olds clapping, dancing, and holding their hands up and reciting the oath!. We even had our own little "private time" with Mr. Kringle himself...like he was there just for us....my daughter loooved that! we were all sad to see it over..yes all of us. I even put on white lab coat and joined along and had a great time! When we were all done my daughter asked if we could go again! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!! TOTALLY WORTH THE TRIP

Beautifully decorated but this place is not what it used to be. If you take the tour the inventions are a little fun for the younger children but the tour guides (cast) are mediocre. If your taking your family to see Mr.Kringle without a tour expect a very long wait with the workers families cutting in front of you, along with very poor customer service. This place never opens at the times posted especially the Quick Snap. They will cram families together on tours that are $20 per person unless your under 2 years old, so the inventions will be rushed and so will the tour. At the end of your tour the wait for Mr.Kringle will also be long. This place is very small and these people will pack it to capacity. Expect additional fees for pictures, and dont bring a camera of your own because there is also a fee for that as well. Same on Kringles Inventionasium!

My family had a great experience at Kringles. My son (4 years) is autistic and everyone was great with him. Mr. Kringles elves were informed about his needs and were very accommodating, patient and gentle with him. My niece (7 years old) was just amazed with the place and it made a permanent impression on her about the holidays. (She talked about making her own snow and shipping it around the globe for months!) Mr. Kringle himself was wonderful. Soft spoken, sweet and the real deal. Overall a beautiful place to visit even as an adult. Take a tour and see the magic!

I loved everything about this place. The staff is super fun and entertaining, the characters are creative, the activities are a blast, and the atmosphere is splendiferous. Kids will love it here and adults should, too!
