Honesty that entire staff deserves to be fired they messed up our baby registery. At our shower we had 15 duplicate gifts due to them not updatig the system people couldnt even find the registry under our name basically ruined our shower..then our 3,000.00 bed set was given to us in 3 shipments and they forgot to order th coversion kit and now the bedset it discontinued and we r now stuck with a 3000.00 bed set she can use for another year or two having my first baby should have been alot better of an experience all they did was waist time and money and ruin that experince for me so hopfuly who ever reads this really takes it to heart DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE GO TO MENTOR OR AURORA the staff at eastgate is literally clueless and they will not help and your in for a huge head ache dont trust me then all you have to do is go there and you will see how horrible they really are

Yesterday, 12/2/2015, I went to the Mayfield OH ToysRUs for a Minnie Mouse Toy chest. I called earlier that day bc i didnt want to travel far for the item and they dont have it. The lady i spoke with said they have it and that they had a few, she could hold one for me because it Holiday Season, which is understandable. Well i get there and i looked myself for 30 minutes and i cant find it. Then i asked Dan and Dan P and they looked to with no luck. They were so nice and helped for about 30 minutes. I also came into contact with Elliot and he helped too. Elliot ened up calling another store and having them help me because the inventory at this ToysRUs was incorrect. it was definitely bitter sweet but they guys were amazingly helpful! Thanks yall!

I go to this Babies R Us only because I live very close to it. EVERY time I have been there, I have a negative experience. The employees are usually nowhere to be found... or if you see one, they never smile, they help you grudgingly, and take forever to do anything. It usually takes several employees to help me because nobody knows how to do anything. I just bought a crib mattress today only to find it damaged, and Im dreading going back. I might drive to another location for better service. If you go there and have similar experiences, I urge you to take down names and report it... headquarters needs to know how dysfuctional the store is.

This review is for the Babies R Us / Toys R Us retailer. Do not use them - absolutely horrific, short-sighted customer service. They told us one thing, and then completely reneged. We will be taking the business for our three children elsewhere. The corporate customer service was as bad as I have ever experienced. Avoid the hassle and dont use them.

Phone still ringing. For the simple fact that the phone has been ringing for the last 3 minutes and 4 seconds, makes me not want to shop here. although when i wen in there 2 weeks ago I had no issue trying to get help from someone who knew the outline of the stroe.

I like Toys R Us, especially when younger but they have changed alot. Now the stores have weird lay outs, toys cost much more. You cant find anything really affordable. Cant find anyone to really help you. The electronics section is a rip off.

I cant even express how insanely expensive this place is. Target around the corner has better prices as does Walmart. There are toys here you can try get at other big box stores, but amazon will have it for discounts of 10% or more.

The store sucks and so does the staff. So lazy. Not helpful. The store itself is a hot mess, they are out of everything and have a third of what other stores have. My son screams when we walk in the door. Somehow an infant knows!

Staff was a bit overwhelmed. I was shopping for a bike. I found it difficult to get help. The was not crowded it was a Sunday afternoon.
