Toys"R"Us is famous for their toys, and I often go there to buy some presents for my kid. The staff are always very kind and willing to help you. HOWEVER, this is the past. I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED by this store last night (11/28/2014). 1. The young girl with cap at enterance always smile ONLY to elder white, and she tried to ignore every young guy, black, and asian. Every "american" can get a store map kindly, but NO WAY to those who looks different. 2. The woman (sorry I cannot respect her as a lady) with two red balloons turns back EVERYTIME when non-american looking guys were walking towards her. I am not trying to critisize every Toys"R"Us, as still many staff are very helpful. I dont know if they are temps or not, and I am not sure if they are too tired to be nice to everyone. What I am quite sure is this is the WORST experience I have EVER experienced in Toys"R"Us. I have NEVER ever met such awful staff. Suppose I find them again, Id rather buy something else in other stores instead. Discrimination or racism shouldnt be in Toys"R"Us.

I have loved this store since I was a kid. Ive been coming to this location for about 31 years and for as long as I can remember that employees have been very helpful and extremely friendly, the store is always clean and organised, which has to be a tedious task, cause I remember being a kid and pulling everything off the shelves and leaving it scattered amongst the store and I imagine kids still do that nowadays, so kudos and a huge thank you to the employees for being on top of it picking up after me and all the other kids that destroy the store, and they have the best selection of toys and games at unbeatable prices. And they have the BEST Lego selection out of anybody!!!

wow. I am never shopping at toys r us again. I sent 2 children 2 toys. Only one was sent. the other boy was heart broken. Called the store I sent it from. no help. go on line. Went on line. website did not recognize my e-mail. SO, "chatted" with an "online rep". Bottom LINE is. no one knows why the toy was not sent. I cant get refund until it is cleared up AND I wont know anything more for 3 days when they "will call" me. All for a plastic toy truck. Half my Saturday is blown and a little boy upset. No Thanks -TOYS R US

Bad experience. Was in store to do a registry transaction and team members had little to no knowledge of how their returns and online purchase/store pickup procedures worked. Was passed off from associate to associate, one took a break in the middle of the ordeal, and lost 1.5 hours of my afternoon on a 15 minute task.

Holiday shopping is always hectic, they keep every lane open to speed things along. Staff does a good job trying to keep up with the unstoppable tide of people taking things off shelves and putting them everywhere else
