I would give this store Negative stars if I could. THEY STOLE OVER $85 WORTH OF PRODUCTS FROM US! My husband and I went to return a few items that were all new in its packages with receipt. He waited on the customer service line for 15 min. and they refused to return it until 10 am and asked him to wait 45 min. We needed to catch a plane and asked if it can be processed before 10 am and was then asked to wait on the 2 hour cashier line. After talking to the assistant manager, their reluctance to process the return caused my husband come out with the items left with the customer service clerk behind the counter. I went in just 2 min later to get our items back and the store claimed that they had sold it. I tried to talk to the manager and he manager refused to process the return, refused to give us our the items (we had purchased) and refused to talk to me. We are now escalating this matter to the regional managers and corporate. The 3 people, the clerk (Sir Brown), the middle age female assistant manager and the middle age male manager were extremely rude and absolutely refused to be of any assistance. AND THEY STOLE OUR ITEMS AND RESOLD THEM!

I enjoy collecting marvel legends and had been searching for the marvel legends Deadpool for some time now, I called the night before to see if a shipment would be arriving and they said yes that it would be on the floor next day, well when I showed up at opening and asked about the figure no one wanted to do anything, employees didnt seem like they cared and when an employee said "yeah Ill go check the back" but never did instead I stood like a fool, then I spoke to a manager and I told him what his employee had told me that there was a case of 9 in store, I asked well is there way u could check and all he said was "well we just got a truck so that stuff wont be on the floor til tomorrow morning, So I asked if there was a way he could hold it for me and said no. So I left home , but later on in the day I felt curious and decided to call them back up again and nonetheless they had one in stock and were put out on the floor only to be sold out, not only did I feel disrespected I dont feel like shopping at that store ever again.

Badly organized high traffic store, that occasionally has a good deal. Tons of people come through here and there seemingly are never enough employees to fix everything thats in disarray - the toy aisles being the worst. They really emphasize their terrible warranties when you purchase items, as well as their rewards program and credit card. I only shop here for the liberal price matching policy and if an item is unavailable elsewhere (ex: Mega Yarn Yoshi).

This store always make come back although I have an store closer to my house than this one....a lot of toys to choose from, the store is huge, but I have only one complaint, kids clothing is not that abundant or diverse, but is good quality...
