It normally isnt too busy here and it is easy to get in and out of the store. The employees arent very knowledgeable about what items they have available or where they are located. Ive had friends who have tried to shop there with coupons only to be rejected by employees claiming that the sale wasnt valid or that they didnt carry the item in-store. It makes Toys"R"Us look very bad and definitely makes you question every ad they put out. Who wants to waste their time going to a store-only sale to be told they dont carry the item in-store. Very shady sale "offers" to get people in the store.

Pretty good store, but not always the best customer service. I asked this manager lady if they had an item she said, "if we do it will be in that area..." I looked didnt see it so went to look for help again and saw the same lady leaning on a shelf so I went back to the same lady to see if she could help me find it... she got an aditude with me. This was about two weeks before Christmas 2016. I know they were busy, but it wouldnt of taken her 3 minutes to show me the toy and she was leaning on a shelf not doing anything...

Toys "R" Us may be over priced for some of there products, but when you get the customer service I got today, its all worth it. They went above and beyond to fix a problem that I would have had to jump through hoops to get take care of. Toys R Us, keep employing the right people! If its not the initial transaction, its solving the problems with no troubles! Thanks Octavia and Deanna!

Hit or miss. Prices are steep, but they do have a better selection than most other toy stores around. Employees are usually friendly, but there are occasions when I run into someone who just seems to hate their job. If youre looking for something obscure, you can find it here. Otherwise, you can probably find most toys for cheaper elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Waited 20 mins to return something that rang up wrong and they cant fix that at the register. Talked to manager, she said sorry. Will take a little more car time and go to buy buy baby than time waiting in lines at this store.

My little boy loves this place. His favorite thing in the store is a table they have set up with a Thomas the Train play set and all the different trains. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
