We love the store!!! The selection of toys is great. You can find everything from unique European toys to very affordable options of creative toys for all ages. I have a very energetic 3 year old that tries and touches all he sees at the store and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We feel very much at home there and do not shop for toys at any other big brand store anymore. The owner is a big kid at heart and our son loves playing with him whenever he is around.

A vanishingly rare, honest-to-goodness toy store. While the Amazon, Toys-R-Us, and Walmarts of the world dominate the world now, places like Once Upon a Time are that much more valuable. They have lots of wonderful toys from companies like Playmobile and Brio. We used to come here all the time as kids and now come back to buy for the next generation. Highly recommended that you try it at least once if you havent - you dont know what youre missing!

I wish your store hours were more flexible for people with kids. Saturday morning is the best time to run errands. Also....didnt you have a website at one point?
