Until today I have always had a wonderful experience at this store. A Store clerk by the name of Lori really over stepped her boundaries with me while I was with my 5 year old daughter picking up some checkers to donate to my oldest daughters school and a few baby items for my sister in law who is expecting a baby soon. I proceeded to check out and I paid for my items almost $60. I recieved my items in a blue plastic bag but on my way out i noticed they now have purple plastic bags which were not equiped in the check out line I was in so I went to grab one to put the baby stuff in to give my sister in law. Out of no where Mr. Lori yanked the purple bag out of my hand stating it was store policy that I could not have 1. The manager who seemed shocked and irritated by her actions to a customer also said it was store policy but allowed me to take 1 as I left. Im a peaceful person but was very aggitated at the fact that I was in a store that caters to children but was treated so disrepectful in front of my child for something as petty as a purple shopping bag that comes with your items after they are rung up. Lori should not be in the field of customer service if at over 50 years old probly a mother and grand mother her self would act irrational and nasty to a patron who is with their child in a store that caters to children. Coorperate was contacted but im canceling my credit card and will not give my business to toys r us any longer. Im a Mother of 4 and If i wanted to be treated rude I would have gone to walmart.

I called down there at the store in Pagefield Commons Shopping Center here in Ft. Myers Florida The Day Before yesterday and asked if they had any "Owlycorn" Hatch Em Alls in stock. The Lady said, "No." Then I asked if I Could Order One. She said, "Not by phone but if you come in to the Store You Can Order One." I Went To The Store Today and The Girl That Served Me Said, "There is None in the Warehouse and I Dont See Any On Line, So You CANT Oder One." I Said I Live in North Fort Myers Out Near I-75, thats about 9 Miles. She said, "Im Sorry." I asked, Can I Pay for one and you put one on hold for me when they come in, She said, "No, You Will Have To Call Back Every Day Till We Get Some In The Warehouse and Ask Them To Put One On Hold For You." That Being the Case, they Should Have Told Me I Might Be Wasting My Time If I Do Come In To Order One, But They Didnt. I Feel Like I Have Had A Number 10 Boot Shoved Up My Butt and The Door Hitting Me In The Butt On The Way Out! I Feel Insulted And Frustrated To The MAX! Its Not Any Fun Driving In Congested Traffic For 9 Miles And Signal Lights ALL The Way, Especially After Being Told I Could Come To The Store And Order One! On The Stores Part, Thats Not Good Patronage!

I am thankful and Toys R Us just gained a loyal customer! The manager Chris ran a smooth show, came out and spoke to us and has all 5 styles and then he and his staff spoke to us one by one to choose the style we wanted.Then we were give paper and 15 in at a time . Went to counter and given one per person! They still had tickets for early till 8 am then you can buy another. Very fair , professional and great over all experience! I even was allowed to blow my whistle!! Thank you to my friends who searched Kay Nassiff, Donna Colon Berthel, Jerry Enkidu Sanchez, Pamela Brantley for helping me search!!! I am home and l may not be their all the time but my granddaughters mean the world to us!! Thank you my angel watching over your crazy mom!!

This place is sickening and so unprofessional , this is 3rd time here and my final time . Had to leave my kart because when new registers opened they took people from back of the line instead of whos next . The manager even looked at me funny after he seen I noticed it . The customer in front of me needed a manager I stood there in 2nd place on line and nobody showed any concerns that I was getting cut in line 3x .. 901 pm 4/7/17 . Great job guys, just lost another cust and I will always tell people to shop elsewhere anytime they mention going to get kids toys ... what a waiste of time this was

The store was organized and we were able to find everything we needed, but the clothing looked like it had been dragged on a dirty floor. There were only a few pieces of preemie clothing to choose from and only 3 of those were clean. The cashier was very knowledgeable and nice. The prices for baby items are reasonable, so I will be back...just not for clothes!

In absolutely has everything that you can possibly think of in this location including a Clairs and American Girl Doll. If you find what you want and cant afford to get it right now then they have a awesome layaway plan. Only 10% down and you have a 3 whole months to pay off!! Also you can put clearance and sale items on layway......Christmas is done!!!

Always great customer service and fast speed I shop here quit a bit never had mean or rude service I recommend this toys r us to all I even had cashiers remind me to use coupons and let me know they compare to online and we look up items to get best deals so very nice and put customers first

I found this Toys R Us most helpful!!!! I was able to pick what I wanted for my granddaughters and the scanned them and are being sent to two different states from the warehouse. I did not know I could do this. Set my mind at ease!

Waited for 10 minutes after someone went to look up an item, got several more "we are really busy, please wait" even though its Monday afternoon and they clearly arent, and then got hung up on. Employees should be fired.

Terrible service , you are better off at Walmart or target there prices are on average 30% cheaper and better selection then toys r us , this location is outdated dark , dirty and worst staff and return policies

My daughter and I have a blast shopping here. Really kind, young lady checked us out. The store needs a little update, though and an extreme deep cleaning. Bring your own wipes for the shopping carts.

What more can you say, TOYS for your kid(s). They have stepped up their game at the checkouts because in the last two months they have open up more registers. It was a nightmare checking out in the past.

Its an okay store, had as many bad experiences that match the good but when its good its great. They need to work on their releases when it comes to new products.
