Go to this place if I have to. Have encountered a few helpful associates but usually get ignored, or some say theyll be right back and never actually come back. Once was hassled and had to bend over backwards to exchange a pair of work pants I was given as a gift. Just needed a different size. The customer service person rolled her eyes when I asked why it was such a huge deal to exchange a gift for a different size. I asked for the manager and when she came up she acted incredibly inconvenienced and offered no help. (I work retail and was actively being polite and apologetic for being so insistent, but needed the work pants) I ended up having to spend an hour tracking a loyalty card attached to the purchase. This is the most common type of "service" at this store. This place has had potential to turn around for years but just gets worse and more dilapidated as time goes by.

Helpful staff. Sometimes there is a good bargain. If you have a check to cash thats a small amount or so and its not worth the hassle to go to your bank, Kmart cashes checks. If you have a rewards card there its only a dollar.

Poor customer service was buying beach towels the rack said 2.99 but there was only 1 towel out of 21 towels on the same rack that was 2.99 then the sales associate was rude about the whole situation ..

The store is orderly, lots of cheap items. Limited in-store inventory, not unlike other supercchains experiencing the crunch from online shopping. Basic essentials still available at barrell bottom prices.

The store has really gone downhill. Poor selection of the few things they carry. The only plus is its now carrying some Kenmore appliances, now that the local Sears has closed.

I really hate this Kmart. The staff are horrible. The store is always filthy. The buggies are all broken or have no straps for kids. They block the aisles way too much.
