Nothing. We did get assistance, but they only had one person working the bike department and was a bunch of people there looking at bikes. The guy that built my sons bike, he told me he was the one that Built it that morning. It was a fresh bicycle and the freaking handlebars were loose my son almost got hurt there is this all kind of problems with the bike that the guy had Built he was unexperienced. The brakes needed adjusted. Im an experienced bmx rider, and this bike could have serious injured my son. I meen the handlebars like literally came off. The center screw in the headset was crooked and now is bent the cap for said screw was forced crooked as well. That is the reason I wanted to build it myself, but its the only one they had. In stock and I couldnt wait. So toys r us hire experienced people before you get sued. I know I didnt sign any waiver.

Went with my sister to make her baby registry and they gave her a free water. Well while we were searching another super nice sweet employee that worked there asked me if I wanted one I said yes. Well I had purchased something for my daughter the rude lady that checked out the purchases accused me of taking it without paying. Why would I take a 1.99 water ? I will be purchasing baby items elsewhere just for poor customer service

Horrible customer service. Unwilling to price match not only the mfg. but other local large box retailers on a 10.00 difference. Very rude. It is not worth your time visiting this location. Buy your items online or at another retailer. Its no wonder Toys R Us is struggling as a company when they over charge and cannot even provide the service to go along with their higher prices.

SO helpful. A total of 5 employees helped me to find the toy that my granddaughter had seen on a commercial. I wasnt sure of the brand or name, but they searched until they found it. Why cant more stores be like this?

Need more of a variety of minecraft, need john deere items.movies, gamesystem games that have been out several years. Still asking full retail price.

If youre gonna shop for toys go to Walmart or target. Everytime I come here theres a long wait to check out and nobody seems helpful or friendly
