I dont know where to start. First they LOST half of my layaway. I had to get a refund for some of the stuff. Manager let me pick out ONE thing Crayola to replace something Crayola they didnt have in stock.Then when my layaway was rang up the cashier rang up 1 action figure 4 times but I had DIFFERENT action figures. So when they was pulling things I was having to fix it. heres the best part then I returned something beacuse I found it cheaper somewhere else and this was 3 days about and my money is not in my account. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever shop here again.

Called no kidding 9 times with no answer! Then the service person that finally answer hung up due to static and could not hear anything!!! So then after another 3 nonot answered phone calls finally someone who had a not static phone tells me there are no toy Chihuahuas in the whole store! This store is pathetic!!!!

Worst store ever I have called about 10 times no answer , the first answer I got I was put on hold for 15 min no answer. Called back Again 10 times no answer. The new manager is a joke. I ordered a crib to be shipped to ANDERSON over 3 weeks ago and no one can tell me where it is.

The correct prices NEVER ring up, they never ask if you have any coupons (have to be entered before a gift card) and there is never anyone to ask for help! Never fails I have to checkout then go straight to customer service to get things corrected.

Friendly staff, although they sometimes seems to be minimally staffed. Good quality items. My item rang up higher than it should have, but luckily I caught it and they honored the shelf price.

Almost anything you need for the young ones or a little something for yourself. A little overcrowded sometimes but if you know what you want you can ease through the crowd.

No real toys anymore. Just tie ins to movies video games and tv shows. What happened to toys that helped children imagine. Toys r us has become just a tool of the media

Hadnt been here in a while. Was VERY disappointed. Looked like a run-down thrift shop inside. No offense to thrift shops. Two stars due to large variety, thats all.

The arent enough toys other than Movie Toys and the Service isnt good, Very impatient and after i payed she just walked off without handing me my bag.
