I love the service at this Toys R Us. I usually dont do reviews but I had to. My daughters birthday is today and I had bought her the pink Barbie Cadillac Escalade and price matched it to one that was 100 dollars cheaper. I paid an extra 25 dollar assembly fee and was told it would be ready by 12pm Saturday. When I showed up to pick it up there had been some miscommunication with the cashier and the person assembling the car. My car was still in the box when I showed up but the store manager, Ian provided the best customer service ever! He took full responsibility and assured me he would have it done in an hour and he took off my assembly fee and even provided me a 50 percent discount on top off my price match. He even gave me a stuffed giraffe and book for my daughters birthday. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service Ian! My daughter was extreamly surprised and is so happy right now!!!!

Not very hospitable and lacking adequate management skills. Jessica is not working with the stores personality. Supply is very small so dont go expecting to find what you want. We will recommend everyone to visit neighboring ToysRUs or retail stores. You will be disappointed and we are easy to please. Ian, where are you? You make this store worth shopping at.

Definitely a nice store. Not a full Toys R Us, but definitely a better selection as well as bigger, and nicer than the Toys R Us Express in citrus park mall. They have cool stuff Im sure kids will love like a play area, a Lego hulk statue, and an animatronic T Rex. Staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. And everything seemed clean and in stock.

I have to say this was the nicest Toysrus Ive ever been to. The employees were both friendly and helpful. There are no price checkers at this location but the employee insisted on carrying it to the front and finding it out for me. It really did feel like it was her pleasure to do so. This will become a MUST visit whenever were by the mall.

This is the only store Ive ever been in with so many staff members waiting to help customers. Maybe because when I went it was close to christmas season, but they had a great selection of toys here for boys and girls, and everything is always clean and organized too

This store is so cool! The layout and the displays (including a giant Lego Hulk) are pleasing to look at especially since the employees keep it so organized. Everyone is helpful, patient, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find what you need.

Not the full store! This is just a toys r us express. It is a very small store in the mall. They only have a small selection. I wish the site wouldve said this so I wouldve have driven a half hour to find out it didnt even carry what I went there for!

I went to shop at this new location for the first time (and last) had the worse experience. They have a dysfunctional and rude team of people working at this location. The store manager (Jessica) is incapable and unprofessional.

Smell like Toys R Us is so good store my oldest daughter works there and she loves it and I like it too when I go with my granddaughter to shop so its a good store thats why I gave it a five stars

I always come here and its a great experience every time. Today we were waiting in line for a Nintendo Switch and the staff was amazing! It was very organized and everyone was very helpful!

Its nice to have a Toys R Us by the mall. The store is smaller than the older stores but they had everything we were looking for that day.
