Trek Pensacola and Trek Bicycles soared well beyond my expectations. Our ten-year-old Trek bikes have had trouble with spokes breaking almost from the first year we owned them. Apparently there had been a bad batch of spokes manufactured during that time. We had been replacing broken spokes one or two at a time at other bike shops. Recently, unaccountably, a bunch on all four wheels gave way and snapped. I decided it made little sense spending more money on the bikes by replacing the rims and spokes on each of the wheels. It seemed to make more sense to buy two new bikes. I could have spent a lot on rim replacements. But we would still have had old, used bikes. I discovered the new Trek store on Cervantes and went in to price bicycles. When I told Scott about my dilemma, he told me that they had been successful recently working with Trek in replacing the rims on another bike with similar spoke problems. He suggested that I bring our bikes in and let them see what they could work out with Trek. With nothing to lose, I took the bikes in along with our purchase receipts. About a week or two later they called to say that Trek had agreed to the replacement and that our bikes were ready to go with new rims and spokes installed. And at no cost to us! We were ecstatic. I was about ready to spend $1,000 or more on two new bikes. For the cost of basic tune-ups, we now have two good-as-new bicycles. I highly recommend Trek Pensacola and Trek Bicycles > Trek Pensacola for its exceptional customer service and Trek Bicycles for standing by its bikes. I will continue to buy Trek and will drive past several other bike shops to go to Trek Pensacola for our bicycle needs.

In shopping for a bicycle last week the 2016 Trek Lync 5 was the 3rd or 4th bike on my list. Id looked at a few bikes online and went to the local dealers for more info and to make a purchasing decision. Most were friendly enough but none nearly so as Scott at the Trek Store. Heck one store even acted as though they didnt want my $1500 because I didnt fit the look of a serious cyclist like they all were. Ptth. Well Scott and the folks at the Trek Store were glad to help me out and showed me around and answered all my questions. Even though the Lync 5 was not my top choice they won me over with firendliness and enthusiasm for the bicycle. (It is Scotts personal commuter.) The store itself is very nice. It is well stocked, spotlessly clean and has ample parking. If youre considering a new bicycle, especially a Trek, you would be doing yourself a favor to stop by.

Putting modern bicycle components on to an old school Italian steel frame bike. After I brought you this project, I learned that it was going to be close to impossible for you to succeed. I cant say enough for the amazing staff at this incredible store. They are always eager to help, and they solve my out-of-the-box hurdles through combating paralysis around town, and traveling around the country.
