I needed a fitting done and couldnt find a shop near me that could do it on a Saturday without an appointment; I called Cadence 120 and they told me to come on in, first positive sign. When I got there I noticed that the shop had a nice open floor, nothing like a warehouse full of bike parts, but certainly bigger and with more roaming space than most shops, it was clean and well laid out. Selection of parts and accessories seems on-par, if not slightly better than most. The fitting went great, and the staff was very knowledgeable. While I was there I decided to go ahead and get a new pair of shoes (without checking the price of the same model online, something I rarely do) and cleats. Since the previous reviewer states that the prices were outrageous, heres my review: fitting pricing was very fair at $100, which is standard as I checked many locations before getting one done. After I got home I did some research and the shoes I purchased; on Amazon the shoes were $30 higher, on pricepoint they were about $3 cheaper after shipping. Seems like a great deal to me. The cleats had somewhat of a visible markup, at $50 instead of the standard $40 (Speedplay Zero), but ordering online with shipping will run you $46.99. $50 from a clean, helpful shop seems very fair to me. Overall, I think this is a great shop, it may be slightly more expensive than clearance-internet pricing but they also have a much nicer facility and more employees working than most shops, not to mention the prices are easily still fair. Also, the shop stocks many of the higher-end model bikes that they sell. They of course didnt have them in every size, but if youre spending $5,000+ on a bicycle, you at least want to see one in person first - something most shops dont offer. If youre looking for a $100 beach cruiser to ride around the cul-de-sac, this may not be the shop for you; but if youre looking for a knowledgeable shop that carries nice cycling equipment and has friendly employees, by all means, stop by and check out Cadence 120.

Never go to this place. If zero stars were an option, Id give zero. I brought my bikes there to get longer handlebars. I was told they would call me with an estimate after checking on the cost for the handlebars and longer cables. No word at all until they called after doing the "work." $320. Ridiculous. The clerk was rude and took close to 20 minutes for me to pick up the bikes and pay the ridiculous price. When I asked why it was so expensive the clerk "brad" essentially told me we had cheap bikes that needed lots of work. Mind you these are brand new bikes from Academy we bought to ride on the beach - no reason to spend a fortune. All we needed were longer handelbars and cables for a comfortable ride. You would recognize the clerk. He looks like a wanna be but less intelligent stoner barista. Very lazy, didnt even help open the doors while I was trying to get two bikes out. Looking back I should have known better and test rode the bikes. So incompetent that they didnt even adjust the gears. Neither bike will go into first gear and both click like they are between gears. I considered returning to there and asking them to complete the job. After thinking about it, I wouldnt let them air up the tires. NEVER WASTE A SINGLE HARD EARNED DOLLAR AT THIS INCOMPETENT ESTABLISHMENT.

Life saver. Literally. I had a Saris 3-bike rack hooked-up to my PT Cruiser. My Jamis bikes all but fell off in the tunnel in Mobile. They held on by a small clamp. Could have been a major, major problem. We were moving to Florida, so I found Cadence 120 on my iPad. With one phone call, I was able to land a deal where theyd break down my bikes and UPS them to my new home in FL within 45 minutes flat, all for a fair price. Easy. Pleasure to deal with, too. Disaster averted. :-) BTW, their shop is *choice*. Very well decorated. Nice!

Fantastic shop, always well stocked with a kids bike to a pro level bike and everything in between. They have a super knowledgeable staff with solid mechanics. If cycling is your thing then Cadence is a bike shop that will meet all your needs. I purchased two bikes from them and have always been happy with the service I received.

Over 20+ years, I have bought multiple bikes at Cadence 120 - road, tri, and kids. Have had them all serviced there as needed and as exceeded my ability. Product selection is excellent in brand and price. Service is also. Cadence 120 has my unqualified recommendation. Never a disappointment, always a pleasure.

They looked over my bike after I took a tumble. Fixed the front wheel at a reasonable price. I rode it in the parking lot, took it back in and the gentleman listened to my concern (noise in front wheel area), tweaked the brake pads, so it worked smoothly. Great service. Dont be afraid to ask for a recheck.

Great place for repairs and equipment. I bought a giant bike there over 5 years ago. Ive taken it in for repairs about 2 times and each time its been very nominal $ for a good bit of work. Highly recommend
