Had a bad exerience today from this Shop. I would recommend do not go to shop nearing closing time and do not ask for any discounts. I paid my deposit for the cycle and i believe its the Manager / Owner of the branch came to discuss on the discount. I havent seen a such a person, the way he spoke frustated me where i got my deposit back and cancelled my order. Even if he would have not given any discount and spoke politely i would have gone. Let him be any kind of person of the shop but they should treat the customer such a way that they should be treated in such a way they come back but his thought was to close the shop and i was ONE OF THE CUSTOMER for him which is not going to loose anything for him.

Very friendly and nice staff. Not a large shop with tons of parts inventory for riders who break their bike every weekend, but the owner will personally look over your bike to see if they can do anything. Not a place for wrench heads or cobbled bikes. A much softer alternative to VCS.
