Went to this store for the first time on 12/14/13 bout a dog toy, and a kennel water bottle that was 19.99. Toy was fine, but the water bottle leaked once attched to kennel. Have bought this brand before and worked so figured must just be a fluke. kept all packaging and receipt and finally got back to exchange today. Upon entering the store staff was friendly enough, explained to the young lady the bottle leaked and would like to exchange. She took the item and said she would just be a moment. I initially thought she was going to area to get same item to exchange, but then saw she dissapeared in the back. I waited....three more customers came in purchesed items and left. I waited...Finally when a fourth customer entered I asked another young lady what I was waiting for? Did the first one have to test the item???? Is my explaining as a customer the problem not enough? Odd. This young lady tells me "oh she just has to check everything and be sure it is ok to make exchange." Hmmm, product never used, leaks, reciept in hand seems pretty straight forward to me. I waited...the young lady finally comes out and says she just doesnt understand they have never had this problem. Ok...you dont understand...AGAIN I explain would like to just exchange for one that works heres my reciept. She says ok just one moment, then proceeds to call someone who Im told is the manager and after a 5 inute conversation of her mostly listening to whoever that was Im told "well ok we can make the exchange I guess she says its ok" REALLY!!!!!! I have to admit I was more than annoyed and whoever SHE was on the phone Im guessing owner/manager needs to learn same basic customer service rules. It doesnt set well to be treated as if your either a liar or theif just becuase you want to exchange a faulty product. EXCAHNGE not refund my money. The girl kept saying something about the manufacterer...well ok...you purchased it from them for your store so you contact them for a replacement. I purchased the item form you expecting you are selling items that work properly and understanding that these things happen but a simple exchange should not be so difficult nor should your customer be second guessed when they explain a problem with reciept in hand. Shame I have three dogs and spend plenty on them , had about 100 bucks for toys today but after that fiasco took it to Petsmart. The staff again was friendly enough but the managemnt/owner who ever the mysterious SHE was on the phone is going to run that business into the ground treating people that way. Happy Hound Dog Obedience
I am a dog trainer located out of Navarre and I often come here for training tools, treats, and kibble. The staff is very friendly and I love the products they carry. Very high quality kibble at good prices. Before Pet nation I had to order all my working dogs kibble online which got quite expensive with shipping and was a hassle when I forgot to order and ran out. Pet Nation has completely eliminated that problem for me. My only complaint is that their prong training collars fly off the shelves and often times it is more convenient to have my clients to go there and buy them (as PN is just a 5min drive from my house) than to have to go online and order the collars myself for my clients. Pet Nation already gets a lot of my business but would get much more if they kept more prong collars in stock :). I also wish they carried some basket style muzzles along with their already stocked nylon fabric muzzles. The basket muzzles are much more dependable and realistic for the aggressive dogs that I work with. Put those two things in your store and I will be your biggest customer because Ill never have to order online again! :) But all in all this really is a good store.

We moved to this area a few months ago. In looking for a place to buy pet food, the big chain stores were just too far away for convenience. We found Pet Nation. And woo hoo! They carry the dog food we feed 2not our dogs, as one has a bad digestive tract. The 3rd dog hadnt been eating it. Talked to the sales person who was kind enough to take some time to explain to me a few different foods and shared her experience and knowledge of them. I was able to find a food for my small dog that he loves! We recently went to Pet Supermarket as we were out of town, and turns out we spent more on the pet food there than we wouldve at Pet Nation. We are moving away, but have enjoyed our experience in getting to deal with a knowledgeable staff.

HATE THIS STORE!!!!! ITEMS ARE WAY OVERPRICED!! AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR POLICES!!! I SENT MY BOYFRIEND UP THERE TO GET A LIGHT BULB...HE GOT THE WRONG ONE...I CALLED THE STORE...THE MAN SAID 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IN ORGINAL BOX, WITH RECEIPT. ... NO PROBLEM. I TOOK IT UP THERE TO GET MONEY BACK IN AN UNOPENED BOX WITH RECEIPT AND WAS TOLD "NO"...TO SEND THE BULB TO THE MANUFACTURE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER, NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALLLLLLL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHAT A RIP OFF STORE THAT THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place in my area prices are jacked a green iguana cost 100 dollars the price breeders charge is 25 and normal pet stores charge 19.99 a leopard gecko there cost 60 dollars and they dont even know its genetics they cost 30 dollars everywhere if genetics are unknown most of the reptiles there are not kept properly all of them look unhealthy and cricket price is outrageous 6 dollars for 24 of them last time I go there I thought because they were closer I would try them out never again will I do that

I admit, i read the negative reviews and avoided this place for a while. Eventually i went in and found the staff to be friendly and supportive. I have a special needs child and never have had an issue with this place being child unfriendly. I have no qualms with coming in once a week for my supplies. The staff even recognizes me as a regular.

Weve enjoyed shopping here for the past two years. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I only downgraded them from a 5 to a 4 because sometimes they quickly run out of stock of my favorite kibble. Overall, though, the quality of their customer service and their products makes this a solid local pet shop.

cant say enough good about the staff and the quality products prices are the same as everyone else but if you get the reward card things are less expensive in the long run. I will not go anywhere else for my supplies thanks for everything and the puppies thank you too!!!

All great people yes prices might be higher but your not going to feed your baby gross supermarket food you need to buy quality for yourself so do it for your best friend and/or child... very knowledgeable on all the products and natural things that work. Live it all

Stood outside waiting for them to open for 30 minutes after the poster time. Then knocked on the door to get someone attention only to be ignored. Lights on and at least one person inside. No response. At least tell me you wont open so Im not wastingy time!
