I have 2 major complaints. 1. My husband dropped my dog off at 7:30 am, which was the time of my APPOINTMENT. He was there before the doors were even unlocked. I told them on the phone that he needed to pick her up before 1:00 since he had to go to work. At 2:30, they still had not called, so I called them. They said she was NEXT. WHAT? She had been there for 7 hours already!!!!!! She was the first appointment of the day!!!! At 5:30 they still had not called (and we were worried), so my husband went down there. He was furious when they informed us that she had urinated on herself in the crate (which we all know that means she was in there for a LONG time). They were cleaning her up again. At 6:00 pm, he finally got to leave with her. 2. They did not cut our dog like we asked AT ALL!!! They were asked to trim her, leaving her as long as possible. THEY SHAVED HER! They were told not to cut her face...only trim her beard and over her eyes. THEY CUT THE WHOLE FACE! Then even nicked her skin right under her eye. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...EVER!

I was nervous about bringing my golden doodle to the groomer for her first cut. After having other dogs and knowing what to expect from growing up. i was excited that i found a groomer so close to me. I dropped off Athena and was rather unimpressed with what i saw. There was a high school girl working and grooming the animals. Which obviously meant she was not licensed or had the experience i was told. Athena came back with jagged facial hair, a couple nails were not trimmed and her ears were not even touched. Needless to say it looked like they treated her well because she was happy. it just was not a professional cut. After calling Tidy, and letting them know. They apologized and accepted to work Athena in on one of their busy saturdays, and fixed the first issues.

I have been searching for a good dog boarding place for my furbabies and have looked over a lot of places. Of all the places I have seen Tidy Dog is hands down the best. They really care about the animals and are very knowledgeable as well, but the best part is that they dont just put the dog in the cage and leave it. They take the animals out and play with them and allow them to run around to get exercise. That is the sign of a truly great dog boarding place. I will be taking my furbabies there whenever I have to take a trip out of town.

I took my dog here after years of using petsmart. I decided to try a different place after always waiting way too long to get my dog back not to mention she always shook before i handed her off to the employee. I took Buu in at 11am and received her back around 1:30! Buu looked amazing and did so wonderful for the staff. The shave looked amazing and buu smelled great! I cannot say enough how pleased i was. I will def recommend them! They also have great prices!

I went to this shop a few years ago and the grooming was the worst. I just recently found out that this shop is under a new owner, so I decided to give it one more try. I am glad I did!!!! The groomers and shop owner really were nice to me and my pet they made me feel very comfy and safe about my pet being here. The groom was awesome and the price was very reasonable especially in these times. I totally reccomend these ladies....

I dropped my 10lb dog at 12 noon, and they didnt get to him until 4pm. Then when I picked him up at 5pm I found that they had completely disregarded my instructions for a trim and had completely shaven him. Plus they admitted to allowing a "student" to do this. When I got home with my dog he immediately went to his water dish- obviously in 5 hours he was not given water. What an awful mistake taking my dog to this place.

I was nervous bringing our Golden Retriever to a new groomer. However, Tidy Dog did an exceptional job with her and they are very professional & friendly. Pricing is definitely fair compared to other nearby groomers. Extremely satisfied with their services! --------------------------------------------- Update: May 2017 We brought our yorkie to get his haircut as well here at Tidy Dog and again, received great services.

Terrible,, I boarded my two Boston Terriers from Thursday to Monday.. I called on Friday to see how they were,, I was told all was fine. When I picked them up on Monday morning both were covered in poop, my male had diarrhea , he was so sick, theyre beds were covered in poop,, I had a 5 hour drive back to Asheville. It was animal ABUSE. TERRIBLE NO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BOARD YOUR PETS.

We hava a Samoyed and no one could groom him properly. We have been to groomers in Nolensville, Mt.Juliet, Franklin and Hermitage with terrible experiences. Tidy Dog has done a great job with him and he has come out looking great! They are quick and our dog has always come out happy (which has not always been the case at other groomers). Talk to them about your needs and they will listen.

Best groomers. I have taking my dogs there for years. The owners are so sweet to my fur babies. Their genuine love and concern for dogs shows as soon as you walk in the door. Ive had my shi tzu Chato for 11yrs and Rambo for 9. I have been taking Chato there for 10yrs & Rambo for 9yrs. I recently moved to Fairview TN and will make the drive just to take Rambo and Chato there. Its worth it.

I took my 5 month old yorkie for a trim and his hair was was shorter than I wanted but ok. When I dropped him off, one of the groomers was yelling at a dog and I had reservations but still left my puppy. When I was paying I almost passed out at the price. Hes been groomed before and looked twice as good for less than half the price. Will not be back.

I have taken all of my dogs to Tidy Dog and when i went to pick up my dogs there were very happy and cared for like they belonged to the employees. It is a family owned business so the employees and owners are more caring and treat the dogs as there own. Also the groomers and bathers are amazing and sweet.

Have nothing but good things to say about these groomers. Like another review said I was tired of using petsmart and my dog sitting in cage for half a day. The staff is courteous and the groomers seem to be thorough. Prices are very competitive. Will be back again and would recommend.

I love this place! I know my dogs are treated VERY well by the staff here and even though I moved an hour away I will gladly make the trip for my babies to be groomed here...Ive had previous bad experiences with other places and after taking them here I dont trust anyone else :)

These are the only people that know how to be gentle with my sensitive pup. (as he hates having his feet touched) he recently got sprayed by a skunk and they had him in and out short notice in no time. They will always be my pups groomers.
