I will never go back to this gun range. Never. There are other equally as good ranges in the greater Naples area, that dont choose to waste your time with way over paranoid safety instruction and forcing you to actually watch a safety film....before you can simply walk in to the range...and use it. The mystery for me is this: I am a very young 66 years old. My wife and I own a very large wedding business that caters to people from all over the world. We clearly understand the importance of customer satisfaction....as opposed to customer....aggravation. The first thing that you are required to do is to sign....a WAIVER....OF LIABILITY. That means....that if you shoot yourself in the foot, shoot your leg off by accident....whatever.....ITS ON YOU.....NOT THE RANGE OWNERS. Thats what the WAIVER says. SOMEONE needs to explain that....to one of the owners of this range....the wife. (Its a husband and wife team). She is obsessed with liability, and really shouldnt be working in a GUN range situation. We were expected to waste a full hour and a half.....going through little safety drills and how to hold a rental gun, AND to watch a 10 minute film about gun range safety....before we could even enter the range! (FYI: THAT DOES NOT happen ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST HERE). They even tried to charge us $10 each.....to watch the film! I am serious. I walked out. Going there was a birthday gift for my 40 year old stepson. He wanted to fire some different 9mm . semi automatics to see which one he may want to buy for himself. Needless to say....THAT didnt happen either. Do yourself a favor. DONT Bother going to this place. Its ridiculous. Go to ANY OTHER RANGE in the Naples area, where they will treat you like you have a brain. (Especially if they know that you actually OWN your own guns!) I am very sorry folks, but if you want to pick up a ton of new business for Naples Gun range and emporium..... send Annabelle , one of your owners , to go and run the range....at the ALAMO instead . She....will single handedly drive their clients out of there and to other gun ranges with the safety paranoia. Sorry. But thats the truth. PS: I receive emails from Naples Gun range and emporium all the time on my phone and computer.....but they "couldnt find me in their database? Yet they found my stepson....who is from Massachusetts....and has only been there to shoot at the range....once? I....live here! I had to fill out another entire WAIVER ??? NEVER, NEVER again. Go where you are welcome....and they treat you like a GUN OWNER.

Bought as told, an FDE model glock 19 gen 4, paid $675 for it and came back as instructed after the 3 days waiting period only to find out the background check was never even ran, one of the guys in charge that originally helped with the sale was there and heard me speaking of my disappointment and next thing I know he disappeared, I waited an additional 4 days before taking possession and trying it out at the range, after the 5 th time at the range noticed the paint begin to chip, not cerakoted but spay painted, a spray painted glock for $675, well they got me good I guess Update 06/12/2017 I received a call today from Jamie the owner. We spoke of reasons why cerakote would chip, poor preparation or dirty hands while working on it. He offered to re cerakote my weapon free of charge, I declined since going a different way but nice to know they stand behind what they sell. I would say I was incorrect in assuming it was spray painted and maybe should have researched before posting. I did however wait 10 days after paying in full for my weapon before taking possession but did receive a sincere apology so water under the bridge in my book, I would recommend Naples Gun and Range Emporium. Thank you for the pleasant conversation.

My review is honest & was not coerced, asked for or Paid for etc. I had been in the market looking for an affordable Glock 19 Gen 4. I went everywhere around town & they had the 2nd best price, which was the best price until I stumbled upon one last place! I used their range today for the first time! It had been a pretty long time since I had been shooting & I was nervous using a new range with new staff & such. "A" took care of me quite well & I appreciate how professional she treated me! I know how to shoot & I know safety. But its always good to have a refresher every now & then. She showed & told me quite a bit about my new firearm & gave me grip & firing tips which where helpful! All and all a very nice morning shooting! A bit more money than shooting at outdoor ranges, but very close to home & convenient! I am now considering a membership! Hey at least you can give them a try! I always shop around & settled on Naples Gun Range & Emporium because of the friendly staff that do not make you feel uncomfortable for just looking around & feeling different firearms! They have serious classes available as well, I will be joining their CCW Class soon! Kik

As 2 Brits this was a completely new experience for us. We have a completely anti-gun culture and to be honest before arriving we both had reservations. However, we were both very pleased to be welcomed in such a courteous, understanding and professional manner. We were not made to feel at all uncomfortable because we had never held a gun before but instead were given excellent tuition both via a video and one to one on the range. We were able to shoot 3 different hand guns of our choice (led by their expert advice) and between us shot 150 rounds. Whilst I would not like to see the uk gun laws changed the way these guys operate gave me a real sense of how responsible they treat their role and also a clearer understanding of the weapons themselves. Thank you guys for a truly enlightening and enjoyable experience I would recommend anyone from the uk to come and try for yourselves. Matt and Mike

i like going to ALL the gun shops in naples and ft myers. i talk to the folks about firearms and occasionally buy one if its a REALLY sweet deal. the people at this so-called emporium were way too busy talking to their friends to even greet me or acknowledge my presence. i looked at their meager collection of way overpriced handguns and long guns for about 5 minutes and left after being totally ignored. i then went to some nearby gun shops on airport and pine ridge and even downtown on 41 and was treated well and with respect in every other gun shop in naples. they are ALL better than the jerkatorium! (and have MUCH better prices-)

I found some of the staff (Joe) to be very arrogant and condescending. Tried to have a gun shipped by using them as an FFL dealer. It was 3 days and they never gave their FFL lic.to the other dealer, after the many phone calls I had to make, I told them to forget it. I thought I was going to pay them for a service but they made me feel they were doing me a favor. I feel they need to come down off their HIGH horse and understand when the other indoor range opens they will loose business with the attitude. Great range to shoot at is Louland Gun Range, (outdoor) you are treated with respect and you can have fun there
