Unless youre an elite high school runner, they wont pay attention to you. I only came here because I was interested in trying Newton shoes. None of the running stores in the area offered them, and now I understand why. When I was fitted in Grand Rapids and Chicago (where Im from), they always told me Im a neutral runner. I have always been lucky enough to run pain-free (thanks, biomechanics!). When I came to this shop, he didnt ask me what kind of running I did, how many miles I ran, etc. He told me I was over-pronating, and recommended a stability shoe. I went with the Newton Kismet, ...I broke them in gradually, as recommended, which meant a reduction in mileage. I got my mileage back up a few weeks later and started to get pain on the outside of my left foot, radiating up to my left knee. I messaged the shop, they told me to come in, and that wed "talk." I was after the 30 day guarantee. I came in, and he just told me to contact Newton. Thanks, guy...but if you werent going to help me out, you could have just told me to contact Newton from the get-go, because now, I just wasted a trip. In the meantime, I bought another pair from them, because I couldnt just not run. He set me up with the most expensive pair of Saucony they sold. They were the worst. I got in touch with Newton, she had me send pictures of my old Newtons, and said based on the wear pattern, she didnt know why he set me up with a stability shoe, because I was clearly a neutral runner. She sent me the neutral model of the shoe, and Ive been running in them ever since. When I went to return the Saucony the guy was a total dick. Said barely two words to me. Ill stick to the Elite Runner or the Run Shoppe for my running needs from now on.

Owner is awesome. Knows his stuff and will set you up right. MUCH better than going to big box store or otherwise. Prices are fair and reasonable. You will not save money elsewhere especially if you do not have someone who knows running. Run Florida KNOWS running. And more : ).

I called all over town looking for a running watch (Garmin Forerunner 235). I could not find one until i called Run Florida and I got it at a good price. I saw the negative review about the Newton shoes. I might check them out while I am there.
