Found a way to give them zero stars thankfully. Went in on vacation to see if they could clean my fiancés metal citizen watch band, and all they told us is that they would have To send the watch back to Citizen.....even though we could see the ultrasonic cleaner on the other side of the counter.....in use..... My fiancés worked in the jewelry industry for seven years, if I have learned anything watching her work for a sale, its that you NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LAZY PEOPLE... If they are lazy when you buy it , good luck getting them to stand by their "warranty".... These women absolutely sucked at their job. I was going to buy her wedding band while I was on vacation. Not now, and definitely not from any of their sister stores if they teach the same values to all of their employees. Their sister stores are Zales, Jared, and a few others, but dont buy into their marketing. They are all super lazy.

We have had nothing but bad experiences with Kay (as a company). This store in particular is very unprofessional and doesnt seem to value customer satisfaction. We unfortunately have to visit every 6 months for our inspection. The associates are way too casual and can make you feel awkward.
