What a great place to do business with. Today was my first visit to the store with intention of having an older Omega watch repaired and looking to purchase a new Rolex. The Rolex inventory was huge and I was waited on by Melanie Katcher. She was incredibly helpful, knew the product and was totally focused on my needs. When I asked a question regarding the Rolex that she was unsure of,she asked her associate Jeff Briceland to speak to me. Jeff was equally helpful and they both spent time to make sure I understood everything about the watch. I then saw a David Yurman necklace that I thought my wife would like. Jeff explained the design and quality to me and Melanie gift wrapped it at no charge. The store was busy and some customers were waiting but I never felt rushed. This store has an extensive inventory of high quality jewelry with very interesting designs. I will definitely return as this store appreciates its customers and focuses to their needs. Thom Duhma is the best jeweler I have ever dealt with. Specifically Melanie who assisted my husband and I in choosing a new setting for our 20th anniversary. I couldnt be happier with our choose and Melanie helped hs incorporate the old with the new. In addition , she assisted in restoring my fathers Rolex watch that was given to me before he passed away. The watch was sent to Rolex to be repaired and brought up to Rolex standards. A sensitive issue handled with care and professionalism. Thom Duhma Jewelers is a class act and truly second to none. It is always a positive expression with a very personal touch! They treat you with such kindness you feel like you have known them forever!

Thom Dumas amazing associate, Melanie and gemologist, Jeff have wowed us since our first trip in the store. In the recent past, TDFJ was our first stop in our ring shopping journey, and even though we visited several stores and looked at what seems like hundreds of rings, Melanie helped us find something that was completely unique to us and Jeff helped us source the perfect stone! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, especially during a recent watch purchase which they stayed late to make sure the fit was just right. They will continue to have our loyalty and we cant wait to see what other fine pieces they will surprise us with.

We used to shop at LeRoys and Zales, but after experiencing the outstanding customer service at Thom Duma, we havent been back to the other stores since. The store owner and management always check in, sent me and my husband birthday greetings, and really go out of their way to make us feel like family, not just another customer they can make a sale off of. Thats one major, and the most important, difference between the chain stores, and Thom Duma. I highly recommend seeing them first before you go anywhere else. My mother passed away suddenly two and a half years ago. She was my best friend my whole life. I wanted something to have forever and wear as a reminder that she is always with me. I found something with her handwriting on it and went to Melanie at the store. Melanie was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me so many options and ideas. I am new to Warren and needed jewelry repairs and/or resizing on four rings. While searching online for a jeweler, I came across several rave reviews (all gave 5 stars) for Thom Duma Fine Jewelers. I stopped in today and couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and the store is beautiful. Their prices are more than fair for the repairs and I was glad to hear they have a jeweler on staff. Do yourself a favor and stop by for repairs or new jewelry...they have a gorgeous selection!

My fiance and I worked with Melanie, and she was great! She listened to what we wanted, she didnt try to push product on us, she was respectful of our price range and she was very genuine. She gave me her card and was very prompt when answering my questions via email. I really enjoyed my shopping experience, the only negative thing I have to say is besides Melanie, we didnt get greeted the second time we went back to purchase, I think it was because the way we were dressed, but besides that, the store is very nice.

Just completed another excellent transaction with Jeff. I met Jeff in the store some years ago while traveling. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I now bypass several decent establishments here in Houston and call him first if Im in the market. Hes nailed it every time. Great customer service! Duma has a great selection and keeps it fresh with frequent updates. Id definitely recommend checking them out.

Melanie is the Best... she recreated my wedding band and the result was AMAZING. The whole staff is AMAZING. They make you feel like your talking with friends while making sure you get exactly what you want. Lynn helped me recreate my moms class ring from 1958.
