The sales women were like vultures and we just wanted to see what they had in engagement rings.. I just left kings and I asked kays what they thought of kings and they bad mouthed them, which I recently figured out that they both are corporate retail thiefs! Anyway the lady was so persistant on signing us up for a credit card.. I just got done telling my fiance thats what annoyed me at kings. Every word that came out of her mouth when she showed us something was sign up today save 10 percent more.. These mall stores are elegant and beautiful but they dont even make me feel comfortable when im just window shopping. They seem like the dont even know what there talkeing about. I fell in love with kings hearts on fire line and I got one however my fiance got it from the gold mind for $1600 dollars with his titanium band included. Anyway, the sales lady was so persistant on how the Leo diamond was so much better then hearts on fire and its a better diamond and such. After researching online I learned there is no such thing as hearts on fire or leo diamond.. Its just a marketing name for a specific category of a diamonds clarity, cut and color. Like my dad would always say your paying for the name Ralph Lauren. I think Kays and Kings should work on being customer friendly and not the waitress fake smile and consistent pressureing scheme they attack you with as soon as you walk in. It would really keep people in there beautiful show rooms longer. -Vikki

My fiance and I heard about the rude manager and staff that previously worked at the store so we were reluctant to even go into Kays. We recognized the new manager, Mike from leroys in the eastwood mall. Everyone who helped us was extremely nice and respectful, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We purchased a Tolkowsky diamond solitaire and I am extremely happy with my decision. Kays warranties are the best around and we will continue to shop there any time we need jewelry! Thank you Kays!

Overall the business is so so. Im kinda driven to actually write a review because of my last bad experience. Some of the women there are helpful and nice. Others are just rude, pushy and a little insulting.
