The salespeople in general here were very nice but when I started asking questions about where their diamonds are cut, the manager was called and he gave me this whole spiel about how Tiffany is the best and blah blah blah. Really I just wanted to know where/how the diamonds were cut, not a self-important montage about how Tiffany is better than anywhere else. He also went so far as to start asking me where I got my own diamonds and trying to discredit my jewelry. It was really uncomfortable and made me not want to be in there anymore.

I have a confession to make, I love Tiffany and their jewelries. What more can you say about this place? lots of showcase different types of jewelry from diamonds to sterling silver. watches. service is very good (make sure you wear your best outfit). They are well trained to know the ones who are looking to buy versus the tourists just visiting the iconic store. Very big spacious and full of shiny items. When are you going to get me an engagement ring, Tyler?

OMG, I just have to say, you lost me, but a customer service agent Maria, saved you, I had ordered a bracelet, for Christmas, did not like the way it looked, called on a Monday to order a beaded necklace, gave all my information, the order was not put into the system by the salesperson, 4 days later I spoke to Maria, customer service, she ordered it and I received it UPS in one day, thank you so much Maria
