Awesome service and quality work! I had a custom piece made with a family heirloom stone. Samantha was SO attentive to detail in catering to all my ridiculous requirements and specifications. She made calls to find the best price and delivery time with their vendors and to get the piece customized. The vendor we settled on had actually gone up in price since printing of the book they had in the boutique but she split the difference since I really like that vendor. She also took time to explain recommendations like white gold over platinum because of durability since what I was requesting was rather intricate. While quoting the work, I mentioned concerns about quality of setting / prongs (Ive had bad experiences at other places in the past with custom work.) So, in addition to showing examples of items their jeweler had worked on, she assured me that the jeweler who would be setting the stone was one of the best shed ever worked with - having only recently moved from craftsman side to working the customer side of the business, she can understand and speak to the skill disparity across jewelers. They recommend the same insuring entity that they work with and they request no referral so I feel pretty confident its an honest recommendation rather than a venue for kickback. They even offer discounts to keep the jewelry appraisal up to date and of course like every reputable jeweler, theyll inspect and clean at no charge. Morrison is top drawer and Samantha was amazingly easy to work with! Turn around was quick and all said and done, I walked away with a piece Im very happy with plus the assurance that theyll take care of future needs. Totally recommend, especially for custom stuff.

We could not say enough wonderful things about Morrison Smith! I never write reviews but Morrison Smith is so outstanding I felt the need to share. My husband and I both had very unique ideas about what we wanted and needed for our wedding bands. They required custom work that was also a bit rushed. The owner, Chuck, immediately drew up what we wanted (which was impressive since two other jewelers couldnt even come close) and he delivered the most stunning rings in record time! My husband and I both get compliments to this day. As a result they have gotten all of our business- jackets for earrings, a new diamond necklace, and even fixing an old family heirloom. All of the employees are warm and friendly and they really can deliver whatever you want... you just have to go in and tell them your vision! Best around!!!!

I had to get a new engagement ring because my original engagement ring broke. Literally, the metal prongs and diamond broke off of the ring. Yikes. I worked with Adriano Amabile to design a new ring and it was the easiest, most enjoyable experience. Im incredibly indecisive and Adriano took the time to get to know what I was looking for and continued sending me designs until I found what I liked. He did an amazing job and designed a gorgeous ring for me. In addition, the craftsman, Luyen, made my ring perfect! Just an all around incredible experience. Everyone at Morrison Smith has been a pleasure to work with!!

I am not an old customer to Morrison Smith Jewelers but for ever need be it aChristmas gift or graduation gift this is where Ive come for the past 5 years (maybe more.) Some oc my costume jewelry that I love has needed repair and they can do it where others say "impossible!" But more recently they re -shanked a special ring of mine and even had it re-engraved the way it used to be and it is SO WONDERFUL. They did such a superb job.
