Randomly strolled into the Arboretum location Black Friday afternoon while waiting on a visiting family member who was shopping around the corner. The jewelry selection was nice and I ended up trying a few pieces on. The employees were beyond friendly, helpful and oh so patient with me! I wanted to look & try on several rings, and then kept going back and forth between 3. Tonia did everything she could to ensure I was sure about which one I wanted (yes, I ended up buying something!). Not only was my visit extremely pleasant, but they went above and beyond even after my purchase and during my "repairs", making sure that I received the absolute best!! I purchased a yellow gold Kallati ring, and wanted it dipped (it wasnt offered in white) and sized. The store advocated for me to the jewelry maker and was able to get a special order white gold version for me! They really went out of their way and I will continue going back for my jewelry needs!

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary, purchasing a beautiful emerald ring. Tania was our sales person and was extremely helpful along with Heidi, the gemologist. We are thrilled with the ring and very impressed with everyone there. We will plan to shop with Brownlee in the future. The staff seemed to really enjoy making our experience perfect. The Valentine gifts were an especially nice surprise. The ring was a special order and arrived exactly as we were expecting. Thank you again!

Never write bad reviews but I do not recommend this location. Went in to have the back of my watch put back on and walked out with a damaged watch. The associate took the watch behind the counter to work on it then told me she couldnt fix it because the (enameled) numbers came off. Still dont know where one of the numbers is. Management did nothing except offer to charge me to repair it.

Great experience! This store is very organized and clean. The service was excellent. Multiple employees greeted me when I entered and I worked with Heather who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all, the prices and sales are amazing! Definitely the best prices in town! Will be my go-to jeweler from now on!!!

They replaced the battery on my watch quickly while I waited and it was a reasonable price, but the lady left a HUGE scratch on the back of my watch and didnt say a word about it. I didnt notice until the next day or I certainly would have complained. I will not be returning to Brownlee.

I cannot tell you how good the service is at this Jewler! Heidi was exceptional in getting me the watch I wanted and it was delivered quicker than expected. Brown Lee is a must if you want quality in both product and customer service!

This was a very snotty store with a very smug manager. They refused to even give me a jewelry box with my purchase. I will never, ever be doing business with Brownlee Jewelers again.
