Weve spent ALOT of money in this store. Got swindled into the warranties.... What a joke. They take the repairs and hold them for weeks, then you get them back in worse condition then when you dropped them off. They have a want to be manager there named Chris that has ZERO customer service skills yet he is a "key holder". LOL...What happened to teaching your employees how to handle upset customers? All he wanted to do is argue with me when I had a good right to be upset when I bring in an expensive pair of gold and diamond earrings to have the latch tightened and after weeks... get them back and not only are they in worse condition then when I brought them, but at least 5 diamonds were missing. Why would they return them to me like that? Not only did he give me an attitude, which he wasnt even good at that. Not even an apology. Also beware that they sell colored glass and call them "diamonds". Coming into a "jewelry store" you would ascertain that when you buy something called a "diamond" that it would be more then costume jewelry. Really.... Ask them to pull out the diamond tester in front of you because you will be surprised. Thats what WE did. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this Jeweler.

Went and had my ring custom made. Had to send it back after only one day of wearing it. When i finally received it back, they melted my ring so bad that i no longer where it. For anyone interested in knowing more, pls contact me, ill be happy to send a pic of my so called engagement ring. Almost a 5 thousand dollar ring ruined by these idiots. Oh and if wondering, i have a warranty. When i called to complain they stated they werent the ones who made the mistake. When clearly the merritt island, merrit square mall location is the one i used. Complete joke. Maria C.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. My husband bought me a ring not super expensive and after waiting more than a week after its return from service date I called to check on it since nobody has bothered to call me and its in the atone waiting for me and the ladies response was...... oh I just checked it in 5 seconds ago.... really ?!?!? Wont be back
